Delivery was on time, and the packaging was careful and secure. Everything arrived in excellent condition.

I ordered a shower curtain back at the end of November 2025. I did not receive any correspondence from the company until I chased them in early January and they said my order “fell through the system”, and an assurance I would received my paid for product asap. It’s now 17th February 2026 and no further correspondence from them and I have still not received the product I paid for. I don’t believe this is a legitimate business as no one answers the phone when you call them. I would never recommend this business and would avid at all costs

The fabric texture adds subtle character to the room while creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. It works beautifully with natural light and complements the decor without overpowering it.

The fabric allows light to pass through gently while still providing a comfortable level of privacy.

The quality becomes immediately noticeable once the curtains are hung. They fall naturally, feel substantial, and bring a sense of warmth and comfort that makes the room feel more inviting.

Queen sized pillow cases are a little hard to get (especially in linen). I got them here. They are much nicer linen than my previous ones (a well known brand). Big bonus: the envelope closure at the back. Slightly harder to put on BUT the pillow does not pop out of the opening the minute you use it. I'm very pleased with these, and have just ordered the flat sheet.

I am so happy with this curtain The quality is excellent and I loved that I could customise the size/colour to suit my home perfectly. I received updates along the way from start to finish which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely place another order for my walk in robe. Thanks :)

The linen feels premium, but never flashy. It is understated elegance at its best.

Not at all happy with my custom made linen S-wave curtains from 3H linen.

They have used a strange header tape which relies on gathering a string at the back to achieve the folds as opposed to a specific S-wave header tape and track system with swivel tabs. The result is ugly, misshapen, uneven folds which is infinitely inferior to every other S-wave curtain I have purchased from other makers.
My expensive curtains arrived balled up in a tight wad, meaning I needed to spend many many hours ironing to achieve a “not quite rags” appearance.
Curtains have seams which is totally unexpected. I have never had seams in any previous custom curtains. In much bigger windows.
Lengths are wrong even though I discussed this at length with the sales rep.
Customer service is appallingly slow, clearly offshore even though the company presents as Australian.

I will never use this company again and warn potential users to beware.

Excellent customer service when I mixed up my order slightly. Very helpful to ensure I had ordered what I was looking for. Absolutely thrilled once I receive my beautiful linen shower curtain. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Queen sized pillow cases in linen are not easy to get. I found them here. The linen is very good quality and they look lovely. Very importantly they have a proper closure at the back of the pillow. This makes it slightly harder to put on BUT the pillow doesn't ooze out of the end at night.

Excellent customer service 3HLinen. My gorgeous clay linen curtains are exactly as described on the website. The only issue was that the rod pockets were small (my bad) and I had trouble sliding my rod through the pockets. The clay colour complements my rustic beachy look and I am very happy all up.

I ordered my curtains on 16.09 and they were delivered on 13.10 after multiple emails with their customer service team. I believe their claim of 3-5 days shipping on the website to be misleading, however, I have been appropriately compensated me for the disruption.
I am very happy with the product quality.

I am not the easiest customer and I’m very discerning when it comes to presentation and design and this linen bedspread has exceeded all my expectations. The fabric is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the unusual, unique design. The exaggerated ruffle is contemporary and striking, and the pillowcases are the most stunning I have ever owned.

I was kept informed every step of the way and the communication was excellent, ultra professional and so accommodating. I really appreciated being able to customise exactly what I wanted, which made the final product even more special. The team was helpful and respectful throughout the entire process.
