For a while I've been looking for somewhere that I create custom-made sofa cushion covers and I stumbled across 3H . Samples were sent out for me to choose the right colour. I gave them the measurement's and my new cases arrived perfectly made . Communication throughout the whole process was perfect, and I would recommend them 100% for anything linen and custom-made!

I shopped around a lot of potential suppliers to try and find the best solution for Roman blinds in a mountain cottage bay window.
The 3H team were helpful in selecting the best fabric (including sending out a range of samples) and how to optimally customise the measurements.
I have now installed the blinds, which was relatively easy to do. The fabric and finishing are excellent and the products were significantly lower cost than competitors.
The only downside was delivery took a little longer than expected.

3H Linen – A Masterclass in Deception, Delays, and Disrespect

This is my first-ever Trustpilot review. I usually post on Google, where my reviews have millions of views, but 3H Linen makes it difficult to leave feedback—which is telling.

Misleading Delivery Times

Their website promises 5-6 day shipping from Australia and Europe, but my order took 21 days. I received repetitive, bizarre updates that made it feel like I was waiting for a stork to deliver my duvet cover from a linen fairyland rather than receiving a simple order.

The Worst Part – A Massive Seam Down the Centre

This is what truly set me off. My super king duvet cover arrived with a huge seam running down the middle, like they stitched together two smaller covers instead of using the correct fabric. Nowhere on their site or Instagram do they show this. Other brands source the proper fabric—3H Linen clearly doesn’t.

They advertise “handmade quality,” but this isn’t craftsmanship—it’s cutting corners and misleading customers.

Final Verdict

If you want a Frankenstein-stitched duvet, misleading shipping times, and excuse-filled updates, 3H Linen is perfect for you. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

Linen fabric is lovely but took far too long to arrive - especially within Australia. Arrived too late for its intended purpose sadly.

Great quality, exactly what I expected, they look fabulous.

The curtains were made and delivered promptly. I am very happy with the quality and the customer service was also great in assisting us in exactly how to hang the curtains (have only ever used blinds in the past)
