I bought a Tommy Hilfiger shoe from this store and after one hand wash the shoes shrunk and does not fit anymore. Went into the Woodmead store and told them about the issue. I was assisted by Clive Molepo and Lorraine Ouma and both sales persons said that the shoe was not hand washed and washed in a mahcine. Just from looking at it they could ascertain that information - they are very knowledge in washing techniques then actually helping the customer. Next i approached the store manager Keamogetswe Sithole who couldn't even give me the correct store number. He took a video of the shoe and said he would talk to the area manager (who by the way cant be contacted). The area manager without even seeing the physical shoe said there is nothing he can do. This is terrible service from this company i would recoommend that any who is thinking of purchasing from them should think twice. The staff are probably trained to get the customer out of the store and make up accusations without proof. I will never visit the store again.

I’m disappointed. I bought a bag online and I just received an email saying they have run out of stock on that item. It’s even my 1st time buying from them

Bought relay 3 pack underwear size large but they don't fit me it's like they're medium size

Product was delivered at an incorrect household, granted my house number is not visible, luckly someone from my house came out, and the driver asked about my address to confirmzbecause he was not sure, the person confirmed my address, the driver went back to fetch the parcel at the wrong house and handed it over, if not sure why not call, my number is there for a reason..
