Products are decent, customer service atrocious
Products are decent. Customer service is atrocious. I contacted them 4 times over the past four weeks. Each time they have promised to get back to me by the end of the day. Still have not heard back. I requested a credit for being overcharged. Crickets is all I have heard. I would not recommend them if you need any type of customer service.

Oktoberfest custom mugs with our team logo…
We ordered custom mugs with our team logo from 4 All Promos for an upcoming client event. Overall, they did a great job. The mugs arrived when promised, were well packaged, and were in excellent condition. The finished product looks great, and we’re excited to give them out. They represent our team very well at our client appreciation Oktoberfest event.
My only disappointment was the logo size. There was plenty of available space on the mug for a larger logo, which I think would have looked more proportional and made a stronger impact. I also felt the additional charges were a little high. Even though they already had our logo from a previous order, we were charged another setup fee, along with upcharges for the additional ink colors.
That said, the quality of the mugs and printing is very good, the order arrived on time, and we are happy with the finished product. I would just recommend discussing logo sizing and all setup and color charges upfront when placing your order.

Terrible
Horrific experience. They made it right the first time, so I gave them a second chance. They are disorganized, wasted so much of my time, and their shipping template looks like a 1st grader created it. Lost my business.

Seat cushions have no cushion
We ordered personalized seat cushions. The thing we received was thinner than a pot holder and had no cushion to it. We were attempting to have a fundraiser with our items but cannot sell what was sent because of the low quality.
