I never was able to get start answers…
I never was able to get start answers from the same person. I didn’t have one customer service representative. I was originally told I would be able to purchase 150 pieces of a product for a certain price, however, the number of pieces kept on decreasing while the non-profit I was ordering for had their board vote on this purchase. I ended up with 35 less pieces!
Finally, it was mailed to an address that was used 4 years earlier. The person it was mailed to had deceased for three years - I had to track it down myself

Easy reorder, but many pens in pieces.
Reordering was easy as I was able to use my previous logo. Due to using the existing renderings, ordering was quick and the product arrived within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the quality of the product was drastically different than our first order. Numerous pens were in pieces, some couldn't be put back together and needed to be trashed. The pens did work and the artwork looked good. I wish they would have all come in working order.
