Very vague with shipping. Hoodie is decent quality but almost immediately after wearing lots of stitching was coming out. Cool hoodie tho you get what u pay for I guess

Definitely Recommend shopping at 4tothe9. I’ve bought 4 pairs of jeans from them now and I’ve been extremely satisfied each time. The fit and quality of the jeans are incredible at a very reasonable price! I also appreciate Tristan and the 4tothe9 team always responding to comments on all their platforms aswell as offering discount codes and sales so frequently! I’ve also bought their hoodie and newly dropped plaid reversible zip up and they’ve done an incredible job once again! I’m honestly shocked to see so many low rated reviews, my personal experience with 4tothe9 has been excellent and I will remain a loyal customer!

Fake!!!! Do not order anything, i ordered trousers on November 30th 2025 and nothing arrived in Berlin- the track number says, the trousers are at the Cote d’ Ivoire!!! wTF!! I wrote 2 emails- nobody answers

I ordered a pair of pants at the end of August. They were supposed to arrive within a certain timeframe, but they never did. I contacted customer service, and they told me the package might arrive by September 29 and that I would get a refund if it didn’t.

The package didn’t arrive on September 29, and it didn’t arrive for another whole month. During that time, I contacted customer service multiple times by email, Instagram, and TikTok, but I never received a single reply. Not even once.

The order finally arrived on November 5 after being held at customs, but the complete lack of communication made the whole experience very frustrating. Delays can happen, and I would have understood that, but being completely ignored made me feel like I had been scammed.

The pants themselves are nice, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. One single helpful reply would have been enough to avoid this bad review.

Love the clothing and style they have! Have been purchasing for awhile now and have never experienced any issues! Love their jeans how they fall so perfectly and the boots are my favorite shoes to wear! Thankyou!

I ordered a double-layerd t-shirt. When I bought it I got no confirmation e-mail. Also it said it would take 6-10 days to ship. When I looked on the site for more information it was suddenly 1-14. Then I send them an dm on Instagram, I would recieve my order 2 weeks later. Now, actully 2 weeks later still nothing. So for the dutch people like me, do not order anything from this site!

Horribel service. Havent received my pants i ordered a month ago. Havent heard anything and my money is gone

The Marketing, product and contact was very easy. 4tothe9 even replied to my instagram dm with questions about the product and sizing.

About the product, the packaging was minimal and the quality and fit is amazing. Will definitely be buying again, big fan!

I bought a pair of the distressed denim jeans v2. They are quite thick and comfortable to wear and the sizing on them is amazing as they fit me perfectly with a great amount of baggyness on them.

Great sizing on their jeans, just baggy enough but not too much. Would purchase again

I have ordered an item from them more than a month ago and still haven’t received anything. I have attempted to reach out to them, 2 emails and multiple messages on their social media account later, I still have not received a reply. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience, bought some jeans that arrived not only faulty (rip in them) But also the measurements were off and completely diffrent to what is stated on their website, reached out via email and social media and still no reply or refund/money back had to contact my bank..

Don't fall for the cool tiktok/insta reels, poorly run brand with no professional customer service etiquette, very amateur and just looking to fleece their followers for a quick buck.

I've ordered from here 3 times and they are easily my favourite brand. Jeans are always great and arrive on time. Would recommend.

i have been waiting for 2 months and still havent received my clothing, i also had to pay 30 euros extra wich i didnt know before i orderd. It said ill get my package in another 1-2 weeks. Dont order here!

Dont buy anything from this store, i ordered some jeans like mid december, eventually i got a notification from my ups that my parcel will be send back because of the incorrect adress while they said that it would be here that week, I’ve sended them 2 mails about it on january 8, havent received any answers still.. horrible experience

Cant belive this company is still around. Measurements are not even correct on their website. I think they just make them up lol. Dont buy from here.

Bad customer service and wrong measurements on pants. Bought a size with the measurements I wanted on the website, but when the pants arrived they were 5 centimeters shorter in length instead of what was stated on the website. Also took 3 weeks to recived my product.

Ignored by email when I reached out about the problem and to this day I have still not received a reply.

Super nice T-shirt, I like it, it‘s no scam, just perfect
