Very vague with shipping. Hoodie is decent quality but almost immediately after wearing lots of stitching was coming out. Cool hoodie tho you get what u pay for I guess

Absolutely slow service
Absolutely slow service.
Ordered a hoodie on 7th of december and another two days after. Hoped they would arrive before christmas, but as of 27th they still haven't arrived in Denmark.
I got an email on the 19th and 21st of december saying they had both shipped and I got a tracking number via the maiol, but since then the status 'The item is pre-adviced to PostNL' has not changed on both orders.
However the money was withdrawn from my account long ago.
I am going insane!

Where is the item I ordered 3 weeks ago?
Ordered an item on 12/6 for. a Christmas gift.) When it had not arrived on 12/17, I emailed them to check status. It was finally shipped later that day. (Zero explanation as to why.) It is 12/21 and the package is still halfway across the country and traveling one state per day by some shady sounding “courier” company partner of USPS. What even is that?!? I do t expect it to arrive before Christmas (19!! Days after I placed the order) if ever.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to my order.

I ordered the cross child zip up and I fw the dark coffee colour and the design, in terms of material its in par with a Nike fleece zip up, other than that what you see in the pictures is exactly what your getting, for example the pockets are tiny and the waist band wraps around the comfortably without it losing its shape. **I have yet to throw it in the washing machine so who knows if it changes anything**.
The reason why Its not 5 stars is because of the DELIVERY. Im in Ontario on a city near Toronto n my order shipped in 6 days. However, Canada post delayed my delivery by almost a week and a half. It was expected to be delivered on oct 22 but I received it on nov 2, only after I kept calling them asking for an update and I also had to make account for canada post so that they could deliver it to a nearby post office.
4tothe9 is most certainly NOT a scam, but if I'm having difficulties receiving my order, although I'm in the same province of the sender, buy at your own expense if your in another country.
