HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
2x 1300mm Kings drawers ordered. arrived completely damaged, took me 15 calls (not joking here, 15) to arrange pickup which took over 3 weeks. new drawers arrived damaged and beaten up as well. Its been 4 months and I still have not recieved a refund or pickup of the old drawers. Calls go through to an indian call centre and they truly dont give a shit about you, just reading a script. Was finally offered $50 store credit to buy more their junk instead of a full refund. Was charged $635 for the two and they mask a lot of their margin through freight which they refuse to refund, meaning that if you request a refund they will only refund the invoice amount which was $435.
Stay clear of these scammers

I've bought heaps.ofbsyuff from here and most of its decent quality, I just purchased a compressor for $120 and it works a treat.

My last compressor cost close to $500 so it's a big difference.

My only gripe is the constant upsells when you're in store. I get a bit tired of hearing that they'll do this deal or that deal for a little more.

But overall it's been a good experience.

NEVER PURCHASE ROOF TOP TENT OR 6 MAN ANNEX

Where to begin. We purchased the roof top tent and our 3 year old almost cut his toe off on the inside bracket. He needed to be rushed to hospital and was extremely lucky he didn’t sever his tendon. My husband ground down bracket to ensure it wasn’t razor sharp.
Next trip we tried again, after one hour of light rain, the 6 man annex was pooled with water. After nothing more than a few showers, the mattress was soaked all around the edges. Yes, all windows were closed and totally zipped. Tr rain just came straight through. We have pictures and videos of all events.
What’s better, we notified 4x4 Super Centre of the incident with our 3 year old slicing up and under his toe just by kicking his leg, and not only did they not respond, we were contact after leaving a review only to be told we would be contacted - no one called.
I guess this is what you expect when you buy poor quality products.
If you have children DO NOT BUY THIS ROOF TOP TENT. Not only are the brackets super sharp inside where you sleep, the step ladder is exposed, fresh cut metal.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BUY QUALITY.

Absolutely Pathetic

Absolutely Pathetic. They are uncontactable when something goes wrong. Their head office is uncontactable and they do not reply to contact messages through their Ebay shop. The 1300 number is answered by a call center who refuse to give out email addresses or phone numbers for branches, and cant chase up missing orders. They have sent my fridge on a courier who doesn't even come to north QLD and it is now on its way around Australia in the opposite direction. And but wait there's more. The store will not refund me until they get the fridge back from wherever it ends up. So that's $440 out of my pocket.
OR: A company manager can ring Paul in the Townsville branch, and tell him to put a 60L Drawer fridge in the boot of his car and drive the 60Kms to me, and deliver it without the bad attitude, and in as new condition. This Is what would have been done last decade, but now with all these foreign companies coming to Australia and doing whatever they like outside of the law, it appears to be anything goes for this mob.

Faulty 3000W inverter

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this 3000W inverter and with the way the store handled the whole situation.

On the first use, the inverter made a loud pop and smoke came out of it. I took it back to the store, they opened a claim, and a few days later I was told “everything is normal.” Nothing about smoke coming out of a brand-new inverter is normal.

I went back to the store and explained again what happened. They told me the same thing: “it’s fine,” and even suggested I should “keep an eye on it” and test it outside. That already tells you they didn’t trust the product themselves.

I tested it again at home. The inverter failed immediately,And the fault light turned on. I recorded a video and went back to the store for the third time. Then the staff member tried to blame the issue on “low voltage,” completely ignoring the fact that the inverter had already released smoke before.

When I asked if they even opened the unit to check the inside, they said they were “not allowed” to open it. So how can anyone call that a real test?

This whole experience messed up all my plans . I needed the inverter urgently and had to buy another one in the meantime. I wasted time, fuel, and patience going back and forth to the store only to be told multiple times that a clearly faulty product was “fine.”

I returned the inverter within a week of purchase, and the whole back-and-forth lasted two weeks. In the end, I was left with a product I can’t trust and a brand I can no longer rely on.

Honestly, this has completely destroyed my confidence in Kings. If a product releases smoke and they still say “just keep an eye on it,” that says everything.

Be careful with this brand. My experience was terrible from start to finish.

I purchased an item on line at 50% off

I purchased an item on line at 50% off
I used zip pay which is an option from Super centre
After 2 hours on the phone between super centre and zip pay
Zip pay confirmed there was a glitch in the system
Then I spoke to super centre and they would not except payment with my order number
They said I would have to pay full fare
I felt betrayed as I purchased the item on good faith
Never again will I buy from them

Great friendly & helpful staff.

Great friendly & helpful staff, in & out in under 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted & the product(12v car fridge) has been working a treat for 10 months now.
Runs 24/7 in my car or truck on 1° & has not once drained a battery.
Couldn't be happier.

They seem to sell some good gear BUT...

They seem to sell some good gear, I'm putting a lot of faith into their batteries and solar, hoping they honour the warranty if the wheels fall off. The IKEA floor-plan of the stores is tedious to infuriating. The staff could be friendlier... I don't have a beard, tats or piercings but that doesn't mean my 40 years of camping makes me an idiot. Learn from your elders kids!

I’ve bought many of 4WD Supacentre…

I’ve bought many of 4WD Supacentre products over the last 8 years. Yes I’ve had a couple of dud items, but I’ve never had a problem with warranty or replacement goods.
I’m happy to keep buying there products as I do another 4x4 build.
