Very disappointing experience.
I’ve ordered from this company before without issues, but this time I made a genuine mistake with my order and contacted customer service immediately. Despite being a returning customer, they refused any form of return, exchange, or even store credit because the item had been opened.
I understand having policies, but the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill was frustrating. A one-time exception for a loyal customer would have been reasonable.
Be very careful when ordering from this company — if anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help.

All good apart of poor presentation
I made order online, got it delivered in a week approx. Not bad.
It's delivered by FedEx.
Perfumes are ok and also lots of free testers added.
I received codes for discount if I decide to buy a full bottle based on samples I ordered .
On the other hand presentation is unfortunately disappointing. Poor plastic atomizers with hand written names of perfumes wrapped in adhesive tape don't look like you buy from a boutique. I was ordering from a number of places and first time I received this type of presentation. Probably should consider improving this part

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I ordered the wrong perfume and now i am having issues returning it. It’s still in original packaging and sealed. I have been asked to post it back to Italy but lie to customs about the contents in the packaging. The original price was £180 and have been asked to decline at the post office the value is £20. I am against all this but been told if i don’t do it i will not get a refund at all. I just find this very disturbing in so many ways. Worst service ever and would never recommend at all. Dear customer, the return procedure for customers outside EU, in your specific case UK, is tailored to avoid duties to be covered on your end. It is not meant to cause issues and it is a method we suggest to ensure a safe return process.
If you do not follow our customer assistance steps, you may be not able to return it due to customs, possible return to sender of the parcel and high duties which would be not covered by us but subtract from the refund amount.
We have unfortunately received UK returns whom half of the item value couldn't be refunded due to the duties we needed to anticipate for the customers.
