Unclear payment description leading to unnecessary reversal fee
I cancelled a direct debit because the charge appeared under Pay.nl rather than the company’s own name, which made it unrecognisable to me. As a result, a €2 reversal fee was added.
The issue is not the €2 itself, but the unnecessary time and energy spent on something that could have been avoided entirely. Because the payment description was unclear, I cancelled it for safety reasons. The response I received was purely procedural: you cancelled it, therefore you must pay extra, with no acknowledgement that the confusion was caused by their own payment labelling.

Every month i am paying extra 2 euro…
Every month i am paying extra 2 euro fine because I can't pay my bill using the website as there is no function key for payment, and it appears only when the fine is applied.
The automatic deduction is not working, and every month i receive email states that the fee deduction is not done therefore fine is applied.
I approached the company by email but they replied with non satisfied answer.
That is really disappointed for such a good company.

This is usually caused by the bank (e.g., rejection of our direct debit). We advise you to contact your bank and ask them to approve our direct debits and check that there are no blocks or limits on your account. Please also check that the IBAN we have on file is correct.
