45 euros for extra 400mg i didn't ask for

I have a monthly subscription for only 15 euros but the catch is they let you pay 45 euros for 400mg outside bundle that I didn't know i had because it hidden in the terms,I literally pay 15 for 48g how is 400mg for 45 euros i didn't get it and also to cancel the outside bundle you need to pay 50 cent extra for canceling something
It's just a catch to take more money

To clarify, when you exceed your included data allowance, additional usage is billed outside the bundle at standard rates, which can sometimes be higher than expected. This feature allows you to set a monthly maximum for your additional data usage, beyond which your internet connection will be automatically paused to prevent further charges.

Enabling or disabling this cost ceiling involves a small administrative fee of €0.50, which covers the processing of the service change. While we understand this might feel like an extra cost, it’s designed to protect you from potentially large unforeseen expenses.

If you would like, we can help you activate or adjust this cost ceiling so you have better control over your spending and avoid unexpected charges.

Internet connection and coverage…

Internet connection and coverage network is very bad.

I do not recommend 50 plus mobiel.

A lot of 5 star reviews are fake .
I contacted the service client many times but they did not my problem.
