The site is a complete scam. They take your money, and order the artwork from aliexpress at a fraction of the price. You get a package from China 3 months later. Save your money, and order it from aliexpress directly.

You are getting 1 star only because i cannot give you none.
I made an order on the 13th May 2020, arrived with missing diamonds. Got in contact and they said that they will send me the missing diamonds.
They sent me the wrong item 4 times!!! Always replying that they are sorry and asking me to me patient.
I am so fed up that I asked for a refund.
All I got was that I got ghosted. Nobody is responding my emails and by the way we are in March 2021!!!!
Worst customer service and company!!! Never again!!!

Complete scam.
I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order. I never received the product but money was deducted from my account.
Customer service won’t respond to me emails either. Huge scam, don’t order from them.

If I could negative stars I would. I made an order back in April 2020 a couple as a matter of fact. I was assured that there was just a delay due to pandemic and shipping issues come August 2020 nothing was shipped and was told they could not deliver the item. Ok.. Fine. I requested to be refunded for the money they took from me. Was told it would be refunded within 21 business days.WITHIN. Its November past the 21 Business days and still no refund. All they ever say is short on staff. This is ridiculous on how they are scamming people. I work in Order fullment and this is way too long just to get a refund for something I never got in the first place. I am not rich. I worked hard for the money that I know got value for and will probably never see again. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY!!!! I'M GOING TO KEEP MAKING MY REVIEWS TIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. BS

I ordered since May 2020 and until today (October 2020) they have not sent me my order or the refund I requested. Not even responding to my email!
Dont ever give your money to that SCAM! SCAM

This company deserves no stars. My mom ordered a couple of custom prints and they are giving her the run around!!! They keep telling her she still owes money and the payment already cleared her credit card statement. They now want some form of government documents to proceed...REALLY WHAT DOES TGAT HAVE TO DO WITH A DOTZ PICTURE!!

I ordered a diamond kit back in January (it is now October) and quickly canceled my order about a day or two later. After being shuffled around to different people I was finally told I would get a refund and to wait 10-15 days. 25 days later I emailed back saying I hadn’t received a refund and they apologized for the delay and said they would give my refund too priority. I still have not received a refund over 8 months later. This website is clearly a scam. Others seem to have had the same problem I did. Fortunately I didn’t lose too much money but some people are losing a lot. Someone needs to do something about this horrible website that is literally stealing from people. Please do not give them your business or money. There are so many other places that are more affordable and do a better job.

Absolutly terrible! these people are a complete SCAM! i ordered a custom made print in april for my partner and its now september and being told it got lost in transit which is rubbish! tracking doesnt even say it left!

I wish I’d read these reviews before putting in an order !!! Put order in on 13th June and cancelled it 5 mins after placing it. It looks like they went ahead and took the payment anyway.
After emailing them I was told they have a 21 day refund policy, but rest assured I will get my money back (joke).
I’ve emailed them 6 times asking about my refund of £55. I’ve been told 3 times they will forward my concerns to the relevant department, also been told they’ve had issues with their financial providers.
I’ve emailed them about breaking the Consumer Act etc and that I will look into Legal Advice etc if they don’t give my money back.

Basically they’ve had my money and I’ve had nothing

Do not order anything from this so called company. I cancelled my order in June and I have been waiting ever since for a refund. Fobbing me off everytime with pathetic excuses once again do not order from these thieves

I would genuinely give 0 stars if I could.
My disabled and extremely vulnerable aunt asked me to place an order on this site at the beginning of the year (Feb/March time) just before we went into lockdown so that she had something to do while she was in isolation. She lives alone too so it would have been the only thing for her to do to keep her occupied.
We paid almost £50 for some personalised prints.
I hadn't heard anything so after a few weeks I emailed them for an update where they then decided to tell me that the pictures wouldn't have been the best quality so can I chose different ones so we did.
I was also assured that the prints had been placed as a priority order and they should be ready for delivery in 10 days.
Ten + days pass and surprise surprise, still nothing.
Email again, multiple times over the next few weeks and my replies were: there are no flights because of corona, flights are prioritising ppe, there's been an issue with the courier so on and so on.
I perfectly accepted that it would take longer because of the pandemic but when I started receiving other orders from overseas I started to realise that they were having me on now.
Emailed again to state that I no longer wanted my order and I wanted a full refund to which the agreed.
21 business days I was told!
Frustrating but OK, I'll deal with it.
3 weeks pass and still nothing so I emailed again: 'oh we're not sure what's happened, we'll pass your case over to the finance team to look into right away. Another couple of weeks, Nothing.
Email again and "rest assured, you will be issues a refund as soon as possible".
It has been 6 months since I placed my order, 5 months since emailing them to find out what's going on, 4 months of trying to get a refund and today they reply telling me that there is an issue with their payment provider which they are now trying to get fixed.
Absolute joke and the biggest scam.
I just wish I had checked the reviews on here before I went ahead and made the order.
My aunt is now £50 down and still doesn't have her diamond paintings.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a product 4 months ago and I haven't received anything yet. I asked for help so many times but they always answered "have patience, we will inform you as soon as possible" and then did nothing. Do not buy from 5d artist!

Ordered months ago... emailed to ask where the package was, they said it was delivered... I replied it hasn’t, they wouldn’t do anything. Complete scam, stay away, waste of money!!!

I would give them no stars at all if I could. Do not ever do business with them. You will never get your stuff or your refund. I made a huge purchase in January. Was suppose to be here mid march. Got a hold on forwarder (packaged send to another country) 5dartist didn't even try to get in touch with forwarder to get it to the right address and country so I had to wait for it to get back to 5dartist in beginning of May. End May I received email with the promise of within 21 days my full refund would be on my account. Now almost end July still no money. The biggest SCAM company ever!!!!!! Don't buy from them.... spread the word and close them down once and for all.

The worst service and place to deal with. Just like many people on here that got affected I am one of them as well. I wish I read this earlier. To the next people STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I have ordered in the end of March its been 4 months and I have received nothing from them. I have contacted them many times about the reason why its taking so long and they always come back with an excuse due to covid. I have ordered many things from other places including china and I believe this is where its from too and they have all arrived and did not take 4 months to deliver. I then told them I want my refund and they refuse to give one as they said because its been shipped out they are not issuing one. They are the biggest scammers.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered kits in April. Still not arrived and it's July 16th. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. They did reply to an email saying there are NO cancellations after an order is placed. They gave me a tracking #. It has been sitting in a warehouse in Canada since May 5th. No ETA. May never get here and IF it ever does I doubt it will be in good condition. Their response is that I need to be patient.

I canceled an accidental add on that had been on my order, I asked for a refund for the cancelled purchase in early April when I paid for the product, I havent recieved it and am repeatedly getting in contact with them to correct it with nithing actually being done

Been waiting for a refund for 5 months. Refund has been promised many times. Heard every excuse going. Order was never even shipped.

I blew about $60 with this company about 70 days ago and still have nothing in hand. This is so disappointing. Do not purchase from this company. Ever
