Misseling and fraudulent upselling…
Misseling and fraudulent upselling after the order is placed.
Once an order is placed, they offer to give you freebies, just to pay the postage. So of course you go for it, who wouldn't especially that you already have paid the postage with the order. So I clicked yes to a kit of 5 items. And low and behold, they charge another postage. $49 worth of postage. Makes you wonder what service they use.
Nevertheless, contacted their support on 15th December and Romer advised he will pass this to the billing department for review. No response but they did put the order on hold. At first Romer on their end was saying he will chase it up, now they are just ignoring my emails forcing me to raise a case with PayPal. It is now 22nd of January, and I haven't received neither the things I ordered nor the money back.
Definitely won't be shopping here again.
