Hidden Charges

I enrolled on the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (RQF) with 5 Star Courses in October 2025.

I have now been told that my course has expired, my access has been removed, and I must pay £29.99 per month if I want to continue and complete it.

I am extremely disappointed. In my view, an expiry date and any paid extension fees should be made very clear before someone enrols, not after they have already paid and started the course.

I have asked the company to provide evidence of where the expiry period and £29.99 monthly extension charge were clearly explained at the point of enrolment.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering 5 Star Courses checks the access period and extension policy in writing before signing up.
