However, items in box loose and slightly damaged. Tracing paper pad slightly damaged and had become wavy due to damp.

Good service and quick delivery. Sadly there was a picking shortage on this delivery. Should have had x2 packs of packaging tape but only received x1 - otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Order was received in the time slot allotted, there was one minor issue with delivery but that was soon corrected with a simple email to customer service department that was prompt to act & resolve things.

Hello Lashika, thank you for your review. Now that we are aware of the shortage I can correct this for you and send a 5th bottle out for delivery tomorrow. I believe the 5th bottle was damaged in transit on it's way to you, so has been returned to the warehouse without our knowledge.
If you decide to use our services again in the future, please contact our office as soon as your delivery arrives if anything is missing, this way we can action any shortages for you much quicker.
