I absolutely love my gorgeous tumbler!!! Instantly fell in love and it made my day when I opened my box! 64 Custom is such an amazing company. I had an issue with my order that wasn’t their fault and they immediately resolved it with no hesitation! It’s hard nowadays to find great customer service but they exceeded my expectations! If I could give 10 stars I would because they went above and beyond to make sure I received my order and followed up!!! Thank you! Keep up the amazing work!

I bought a canister lid popped and broke after 3 uses. I bought 2 additional lids after super gluing together. So I'm set. Love the original drink cannister.

The quality of the making of my jumpsuit is low; the single sided fabric, the sewing around the bottom holes and thread around the button hole tabs and one button wasn't neat. I bought a large and it looks like a x large, I know it's not Australian sizing but I am very sad with my purchase.

In love with the product, receiving took longer than expected but with the pandemic it made sense. The product is beautiful and I am very pleased with it as is my bf, who I bought it for. Keep doing an amazing job! Thank you!!

I ordered two personalised metal flasks for both my son's to give to their teachers at the end of term. Unfortunately when they arrived one had a dent in it from when was shipped. I sent photos of the damage and within under an hour had a reply from customer services offering a refund or replacement. I chose to go with replacement but advised I would need it quite quick and the replacement arrived approx ten days later in perfect condition. I am pleased with the products and would purchase from here again. Also the level of customer service I would rate as exceptional.

I have ordered a few items and when they are done right they are great but if they are wrong or broken you can’t get help. I ordered a coffee cup and the pictures and words were great but it was in pieces in the box and I could hear them moving around in the box when I took it out of the mailbox. Ordered another item and it had the wrong picture on it. Now I’m stuck with a cup with the wrong picture and another that’s in pieces. This is the first review I have done but I intend to spread the word anywhere I can about this company because in the beginning after first order I was recommending them but now I can’t.

My associates love their cups, at my job we are coffee drinkers, and we love our tumblers. Only complaint it they need more hair styles most of the girls in my branch wear braids but there is no option for braids.
Other then that it's great. Oh and completions, you need a variety of completions too.

I recieved both of the cups yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased!! They are everything I expected and more! Bought a few cups from 64 custom.
They were for birthday present. Those that received loved them. They came well packed, they also kept me informed throughout the process. Love the that you can customize the cups. Hairstyles and clothing.

I ordered the nordic travel mug for my husband, with his name and the Odin symbol on it, and I got it two days ago. He loves it! And so do I. The mug is sturdy and durable and the wrap on it is thick and doesn't look like it will come off easily, which is great!
