Won £500 and they asked for documents done all that they asked me and still saying pending 3 days later and no response from them stay away from this site strange enough chat not working 🤯 either no response through email will be taking this further!!!! No response through the account or email still 4 days later!! There is 10 documents pending review which still hasn’t been looked at stay away from this site they are scammers I will upload more proof I will be getting in touch with my bank also if I’m not able to make a withdrawal I shouldn’t of been able to make a deposit soiwill be making a refund of fraud!! Absolutely shocking site, 50p spins not a single bonus feature or even a decent straight win from a game. My biggest win was 4gbp. I only play Eye of horus rise of egypt and from other sites I may have a little losing streak or a bad day but this was Multiple games multiple days so this is not down to a single losing session this is over days of trying. Worst site ever. They all lie I won £150 waiting for it to be sent over. They said my bank declined the funds via Apple Pay but since speaking with my bank this was proved to be a lie my bank did not receive any request from them. I have sent over lots of documents for proof which is ridiculous how much they need I’m surprised they don’t ask for a urine sample or a dna test. They then asked for a statement to show the deposit knowing banks do not offer statements until it has been a month so I could not send over proof but I could show them the transaction of proof of the deposit. (Why I don’t know when they can clearly see it’s via Apple Pay) never had this issue with any other online casino. Always use Apple Pay to on other websites and always been sent over with in the hour. Spoke via live chat waste of time they just repeat the same thing without actual proof of anything they are saying. I have been on resolve and put a complaint in and in the middle of an email to the gambling commission as this is just not acceptable I could understand a big win but £150 honestly a joke please don’t spend your money here. Update- finally got my payment 3 weeks later.
If you want to constantly chase up your winnings and wait a few weeks and send every bit of information of your personal bank details then this is the site for you.

Absolute horrible experience deposited 2000 pounds then decided I did not want to play asked for my money back only to be told I need to send id so I sent everything they asked for and still no good wanting more and I haven't got anymore they have shut my account down now it's making me ill they don't want to give me my money back please stay away from this company looks like I have to go to court now

I’m a new player. My very first withdrawal was made late on a Friday night and despite expectations that it wouldn’t be processed until after the weekend (no processing of withdrawals over the weekend T&Cs) it came through Sunday. This came as a pleasant surprise to me as the live chat confirmed that this wouldn’t be possible and that they can’t prioritise any players. My next two withdrawals came through instantly with no delays. I will always say gamble responsibly, but if you’re looking for somewhere safe and reliable to gamble, look no further than here. Went on the website, depositing was no fuss, played a few games, ended up winning around £800 and I withdrew, took about 1.5 weeks for me to get my withdrawal.

After that I played again and deposited a few hundred, I then left with over £1,400 and withdrew again, this time it only took 30mins-1hr.

I may be a bit biased as I did win on this site however I do find the depositing, withdrawing, account setup and variety of games pretty good for such an unpopular site.

Also when I went to withdraw the first time I did get sceptical that they weren’t going to pay out given the wait time. So I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and reassured me that I would get paid.

Joined yesterday, made a few deposits and made a withdrawal of £1200. They have now blocked my account and I'm unable to login and no monies received from my withdrawl. As advised I will be opening a court case against this company. Seems they don't like to pay out anyone!

I put in a withdrawal request which was pending, uploaded all proof of identity (passport & driving license). I went back on to check the status of my withdrawal and they have locked my account. Customer service chat never answer me.

This is a scam. I made several deposits which went through fine and then when it came to withdrawing my winning which were £1150 they said I needed to send in proof of my identity. I sent them what was requested, front and back of my bank card, bank statements, energy bills, council tax bill and they said that wasn’t acceptable so I then had to send a credit card statement and payslip. Again not acceptable. Only driving licence or passport. I don’t have either as I’m disabled and have a medical condition which affects the fluid on my brain and have a medical exemption letter stating I can never drive or fly. I explained this to their customer service rep via live chat and email even copying the link to show I’m not legally allowed a passport or driving licence and they still refused to pay me my winnings. I’ve now had to report them to the Gambling Commission and open up a fraud/identity theft investigation with my bank that the deposits came out of. Disgusting company and discriminating against me for being disabled.

I do not recommend at all. The worst website . Not only that they charge you to deposit but they charge you for every withdrawal as well. They will just let you win a bit when you open the account and then nothing. Do NOT USE IT.
