I had some initial issues with the service. After reaching out they met with me virtually to assist until I was able to fully utilize their service. I would recommend.

I’ve had an ongoing and unresolved issue with 800.com regarding basic communication features that are critical for business use.
Text messaging has not been working, and despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. WhatsApp integration is either not compatible or unreliable, and outbound calling sometimes fails without warning, which makes the service unpredictable.
I also requested to delay the service start date due to these unresolved technical problems. That request was rejected multiple times, even though the core features were not functioning properly. As of today, texting is still not working.
For a service that markets itself as a business communication solution, these are fundamental capabilities. The lack of flexibility, repeated rejections of reasonable requests, and slow resolution have made this experience very frustrating.
I hope the company improves:
Reliability of texting and calling
WhatsApp compatibility
Customer support responsiveness
Flexibility when core features are not operational
At this point, the service has not met expectations.

Trying to find an 800 provider on my own was overwhelming. Their easy to understand staff were prompt and full of knowledge. I was dreaming big and bought a package that was bigger than I needed, fortunately their qualified staff was able to get me where I needed to be and refund the difference. These guys are great!

Excellent customer service! The use of the software is very simple and easy to use. However I was having some issues with automated messaging. The customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Very impressed, loved how easy this software is to use.
