They do not deliver
They do not deliver, or send any emails to comfirm what we paid for.
They keep chatting in messenger but no action.
And they send tracking which do not work, and shipping company do not see the tracking either!
We lost our money and have not received anything or got any professional response.
Very unprofessional.

We answered you from Facebook Messenger, Facebook Comments, Mail and online chat of our website. As you wrote literally everywhere and we literally answered all of those each by each. We'll answer you from here too than.
Well lets start again, first of all you are gonna get your product as your tracking link shows. So saying "They do not deliver" why it's being delivered is nonsense!
Second you say: "They keep chatting in Messenger but not action" is it maybe because you type every hour to us via Facebook? If we didn't answer them you had stated here that we don't answer at all :)
The package is shipped, we are not a postal service or courier we can't take more action then giving you the tracking links, who else can?
Third you say is that the tracking links are not working, we have provided you with PostNL and PostNord tracking link which are working flawless, otherwise you wouldn't even see anything on the tracking pages. Next time try to ask the international info mail from PostNL about international parcels. You asked the local service about your international parcel which don't make sense at all if you think about it.
As said on the begin of this text; we answered you from Facebook Messenger, Facebook Comments, Mail, online chat and now even here on Trustpilot. We answered you on each platform in an proffesional way, but after all we are human too!
And we will type this again here: As stated with BIG LETTERS on our shipping policy, the shipping can take easily longer than 1 month now due the pandemic situation, by placing an order you agree with it and we explained this before you bought it.
