Great Present for my hard-to-buy-for friend!
My husband and I each have a gilet and LOVE IT! So I bought one for my friend who is very hard to buy presents for. Hopefully she loves it too. I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. Fabulous company!

Poor customer service
Bought a gilet for my partner which turned out to be too big. Had an email exchange with customer services who gave a list of stipulations about the return (including returning the tissue paper). I complied as per the instructions but got a response to say the power bank packaging and bag were damaged (they were not when I sent the item). They would only refund me part of what I paid. Really feel like they were just shaking me down for a few quid. Would not deal with this company again.

Absolute quality jacket - very well made....and it works!

The jacket was on full heat all day and the battery pack lasted all day long
It's a thumbs up from him and from us!
Sizing I would say is quite snug - if you will be layering up opt for the next size
