Absolutely brilliant gilet. Even without it turned on it is a warm gilet. The battery lasts a good length of time aswell. I think it is a good product for the money and the service has been excellent.

Fantastic design it warms the lower back very well especially if your travel chair has a gap between seat and backrest. Would highly recommend. Maybe a tad overpriced only negative.

Great 8K Mens Heated jacket. Really good price.Very warm when stood at the side of a cold football pitch on a Sunday morning.

I bought this fleece for my son, but sadly even though it was an XXL large it was still too small for him.

I had previously bought one for my wife and was impressed by its build quality and how well it worked.

Fantastic product with a great battery life. These jackets keep you really warm. Adjustable temperature is a very good feature too.

Decided to try the newly released pro jacket and I was surprised by the stylish look and feel of the Jacket. Its great to have a garment that I can wear out for drinks but also for Skiing/Hiking. Thanks for the quick delivery :)

Ordered this jacket for my step daughter and she is absolutely delighted with it.
The jacket came with a Powerbank and once fully charged we tested the heating element and was pleasantly suprised how warm this jacket got.
The control button gives you 3 levels of interaction and in the words of a 12 year old it was "Swaggy"

I had a gillet that suddenly decided not to work anymore I sent it back and it was replaced withe the latest model fantastic service and a great product 5 star all the way

I received the 8K women’s jacket and would highly recommend! Such a stylish but practical jacket! The heated feature is a game changer for cold winter walks. The battery pack can also charge your mobile phone which is veryyy handy! The delivery was fast and I received email notification of my order. Great customer service from the team at 8K.

Excellent Service. I had a problem with a jacket that wasn't heating up and was sent a return label very quickly. Returned the item and it was replace within 7 days.

Avoid at all costs! I spent £140 on a blue tooth controlled jacket with front and back heated panels for winter and it lasted about a month before it stop working. I sent it back at my own expense and didn’t hear anything from the company at all for another month. I decided to get in contact them only to be told it’s been sent off to be checked, they kindly offered me a temporary jacket with no blue tooth or heated panels at the front. After another month of not hearing anything back from Flexwarm again I decided to get in contact again. They offered me no solution for my original jacket and offered me to keep they replacement which only cost £100 which didn’t have the features I wanted. I refused the offer and sent back the jacket but to my disappoint the jacket was damage in the post and they offered me a part refund of around £40. Flexwarm said they can’t sell the jacket which I wore for over a month, who sells secondhand jackets! I was then told to get in contact with the delivery company which should be there job. What a horrible customer experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Now I’m stuck with a jacket I don’t want and £100 down. Great work Flexwarm keep up the good work 👍🏼

Bought jacket in late 2019 for £200. Took about 2 months to arrive and had to prompt customer services for update but kept being offered another jacket I didn't want.

I used the jacket now and then, every so often it would turn itself off, but on the whole, when it worked it was very good. Unfortunately after 2 years of casual use it has stopped working. For £200 you would expect a lot more. Hence the low rating
