Squat rack
Bought the squat rack over the bank holiday weekend, arrived on the Wednesday so the delivery was really quick, good quality product and easy to follow assembly instructions. Really good price, quick delivery and good products, would recommend this company

Brilliant
It is so much easier to judge companies when they have to respond to something going wrong. My package was 2 (quite specific) screws short and Jee handled it like a star. Kept me in the loop all the time and got me a replacement within a week.

I bought the squat rack late one evening on impulse because we'd been looking for a decent used one for a while with no success. This looked decent at a solid price and said fast delivery. I was mortified when I told my husband and he announced he'd already bought us a rack as a "surprise" but it hadn't turned up yet. I contacted 925 within hours to say please could I cancel my order... they said they would "try but might of already shipped" I'll be honest, i was skeptical but all credit to them.. it had indeed shipped and arrived literally the next day but 925 were clear from the get go it was not a problem and they would arrange a collection and refund which they duly did. They contacted me multiple times unprompted to keep me up to date. Really above and beyond what i would expect. I confess I did take a peek at the rack, it was good quality and I would have very very happily kept it. I'll be buying from them again in the future :)

A shining example
Cannot fault this company. In fact they are a shining example of how online sales and after sales customer support should be. I bought a spin bike, ordered on bank holiday weekend and it arrived by Wednesday. I emailed them with a very minor issue and the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
