Purchased 2 bikes and unfortunately on opening the package found that one was faulty, on the request of a replacement I was told that the bike was now out of stock and was told that they would sort out a collection and send a full refund. At first I was sceptical and have heard these types of promises from other sites but I can honestly say I had no problems at all with constant communication of what was happening. The bikes were collected and a full refund received. Great Customer service was received.

5 star customer service!!! would highly recommend this company. Had a few initial issues with the product being damaged in transit, the customer service I received was amazing they went above and beyond to get everything resolved for me! Great communication and stayed in touch the whole time!
Things don’t always go smoothly when buying online but it’s the way a business deals with it that’s most important and these guys couldn’t have done more! It makes such a change to get this level of customer service!
Now getting to enjoy my bike in lockdown! 👍🏽

Did not receive my order yet way pass the delivery estimate
Ordered on the 28 of feb delivery was estimated at 1 to 3 days now is the 6th and still have not received my order, ( not the seller’s fault ) I would imagine it is the delivery partner ( Hermes ). the worst delivery company out there . Hoping the seller will consider using another company . This is a big deal for me . Unfortunately because of the delivery service I won’t be coming back to 925 health ( if I order form a company and they use Hermes I don’t come back ) I rather take my business somewhere , where I will not be lied to .
