Order JW7272749 was ordered in August 2024 and still have not received product or an email response. Now being Dec 17, 2024 not expecting anything from this company. If you like giving your money away then order from here. This company is a perfect example of why people are scared to order online without using PayPal or any other payment protection.

Hello, I want to express my dissatisfaction because it has been 7 months since I placed an order of over $200, hoping to receive my items. However, despite several email exchanges from both sides since October, I have received no updates. Since December, I can no longer send them an email. Beware, they are scammers! I am posting my order [#JW7252349] here in case they read my comment, although I highly doubt it.

I placed quite a large order on black friday last year, my order still hasn't even been shipped... Don't waste your money on this site, you'll probably not even get what you ordered.

I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions, but I always get the same answer "we are truly sorry", I refuse to believe that an order which was placed over an year ago still wouldn't be able to be shipped.

Last email I got in touch with them was in august, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, there's a chance you'll have to wait a year, that is if you get the clothes at all.

Do not buy from this website at all I bought 2 things from here in July and still haven’t received anything at all. I’ve emailed them so many times but never got anything back from them. I find it disgusting that they charge you so much for delivery as well is beyond. Basically I’ve wasted £160 on that site which I’ll never be getting. They should be ashamed of themselves

I have made orders in the past with this fxck ass company and everything WAS okay. But now with this last order i have been waiting since the 19th of april.

After a lot of me emailing them asking questions instead of them emailing me to tell me whats going on. They told me it would take a week to ship and receive my track and trace mind you this was after already waiting for 3 months. They also tried to tell me

"Thanks for reaching back out.

It looks like we are finally starting to receive items in this collection from the printer. We anticipate that you'll receive your tracking number by the end of next week at latest!

If you haven't received a tracking number from us by then, please reply to this email, and we'll let you know how to proceed next!"

I received this email the 10th of September.

This is the last email i have gotten from them 👇🏾

" I know it's super frustrating to wait this long for your order #JW7225829. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

We definitely want to ship out your merch ASAP though I can give you a little insight into what is happening with your order.

We work with multiple clothing print makers and your particular item is taking a bit longer to print than we would have liked.

Please know that we will send you tracking as soon as we have it when your items are ready to be shipped.

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience in the meantime!"

IT'S FXCKING THE 28th of NOVEMBER. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

I've been waiting for my package to be shipped since July( Order #JW7260419),220 euros worth of hoodies and still nothing. At first they responded to me with excuses that they would send them in a week but by repeating it over and over again they stopped responding. I'm already taking legal action to report these people before I lose my money permanently. Not recommended

Scammers!!!!!! do not buy. I’m not even mad, I just don’t want them to scam more people.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. Ordered in June. No merchandise and response emails are vague and full of excuses. This is ridiculous. I would advise everyone to not order from here.

Overall i made 2 orders.

On the first order a weird hoodie that hasnt even something to do with juice wrld arrived, which was very low quality and probably some china stuff..
The support didnt give a singe f and offered no reship.

I was like well ok, i really want those shirts so i was actually dumb enough to order two more shirts

After waiting for 7 monts for the 2 new shirts getting shipped or the support at least replying, I again wrote support, they replied with some goof a copy paste text, that their product takes that long to produce (yeah sure t-shirt takes 7 month to produce....) even though on the product page it says its directly ready to ship.
I wrote the support one final time and they basically told me to f off, and have fun doing something legally from the EU.

Bro putthing Juice´s Wrlds name to shame like that and scamming his fans is just so evil. But his management always were money hungry devils that only cared about the money he made.

They even tried to delete my review multiple times.

IF YOU ARE FROM EU, OR GENERALLY NOT USA, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a hoodie from this site over three months ago (Order #JW7268819). Despite reaching out to them multiple times through email, the pop-up chat on their website, and even Instagram, I've received no response for the last three weeks of writing to them. Originally, they did respond when I contacted them within the 2-month waiting period, but now, after it they dont respond to anything. After three months, I still haven’t received my order, it wasn't even shipped yet and i received 0 updates about my order. Extreme lack of communication. I expected better service and reliability – at the very least i hope for a response and an update on my order or a full refund.

I paid a lot of money to this site, because I really like the rapper they advertise and I'm a big fan of him who collects his stuff, they didn't send me the products and took my money, I talked to them numerous times, they waved me off every time, and claimed that I I have to wait and they also said that the product is gone and many more false claims and evasions on their part, I don't know what to do, I really want the things, I feel cheated that they did this to me, I paid them over $800, More than half a year has passed

It's been over 3 months since I ordered a single shirt. Despite this, I haven't received any information on my order. It's insane how quiet the customer service has been given how many times I've reached out. At this point, I'm fine with a refund. I just want SOMETHING to come from this $50+ purchase of a single shirt.

By Far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life bar none… Ordered 3 items June 30 and still haven’t even received so much as a tracking number… Customer support is a joke as it takes over a week and they always have excuses with no answers…. Definitely a scam … DO NOT BUY from them… They’re doing juice wrld so dirty by stealing peoples money in his name …

999 Club has been the worst by far in terms of customer service( quality of clothes is really that good either). Only thing I can say they know how to do correctly are their shorts and hoodies either than that everything has been trash. Shipping and updating has been a pain in my ass. I bought a hoodie and 3 pairs of shorts total coming out to like $190( back in April 20, 2024). Still nothing and they seem to ignore my messages on Instagram but have time to respond to me saying 999! Terrible company do not buy from them

It is been 5 months with little to no response from their support team. I spent around 400 CAD dollars on a birthday gift and some things for myself and haven't received an ETA yet after 5 months. They sent me an email once saying someone would contact me and to this day I'm still waiting. I am starting to think I got scammed and if so I'll have to proceed with BBB or another legal way to make this right.

I have ordered multiple orders in the past and it took no longer than 4-6 weeks it has now been over 11 weeks without even a shipping update to my merchandise. I think this will be my last order from them if it ever comes in. #JW7250149

I ordered 20 days ago wrote multiple emails and they keep ignoring it the site said the products are made to order and it would take 5-7days and if it would take longer they would send a email but I got nothing I send multiple emails and no response they have such terrible service I probably will never buy from them again

Took almost 1 year, but now they shipped it out. Guess you just have to be patient. They are probably a very small team for a lot of orders and some orders get lost. After contacting them multiple times the items were finally sent out.

Here I am writing another bad review because this is the only way they will respond to your emails I ordered 4 items in April it is now July they wouldn’t respond until I left them a bad review then tried to bribe me with a 20$ gift card for my “troubles” which I won’t be using because I won’t ever be purchasing from them ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it either they reached out after my first review and told me that one of my items was sold out and that was what was taking so long which should be impossible considering they don’t make the items till after you order them so how could something be sold out ??? But they replaced the item with something else which I was semi ok with and told me my order would ship soon it is now 2 AND A HALF WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING NO SHIPPING UPDATE NO RESPONSE NOTHING !!!!! They won’t respond to your emails either so I encourage everyone that is having any problem with them please leave them a one star review I wish you could leave a zero for how terrible this company is I don’t understand how they are still in business !!
