I ordered 2 hoodies on sale and ive been waiting more than 3 months now after almost 50+ back and forth messages they decided to swap out my hoodie for a shirt i did not consent too basically downgrading what i purchased. then ghosted me for almost a week straight then decided to say that even the shirt they downgraded me to is back ordered and cant be printed i feel as though this point they are being petty and intentionally wasting my time. i have bought several times from this company and they treat you like u are nothing. they do not care about you, you are lucky to get and respone or even your order. i have asked them many many times to swap back to my hoodie and they just ignore that email. this has to potientally be the worst support i have EVER dealt with. I will be making sure i post how ive been treated everywhere and post all the proof of these emails showing just how petty they actually are. well done treating customers and fans who support juice wrld and run a business based on him straight into the ground. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, it is the worst mistake you will make with ur money you are more likely to recieve an item from wish on time before this company.

Beware Scam site. Placed an order 2 months ago and still don’t have anything. Placed a dispute with my bank and they are not returning my money. STAY Away they are ripping hard working people off.

Order #JW7178719 placed January 13 hasn’t been shipped. Email goes unanswered. Asked for refund but they wanted to replace one item (a beanie) with something of their choosing. There was a hoodie included in this order and they haven’t sent it either. 200 bucks down the drain and a very disappointed son who loves this artist.

We ordered more than a month ago for 248 euros. We didn't receive any confirmation, no answer to our complaint (they said they would answer within 7 days but no reaction) and no follow-up whatsoever. Reading all these reviews here, I fear it's a scam. I feel so stupid for not verifying this in advance ...

placed an order of $200+ over 2 months ago and have heard absolutely NOTHING back from them and my order doesn’t even show on the tracking app… i think this website is a scam don’t make the same mistake as me :)

I purchased $195 worth of merchandise November 27th of 2023, I was told the items were handmade and taking longer than normal after the items hadn't arrived within 8 weeks. I continued to follow upand received the same story about being made per order etc. Finally about a month ago they finally told me those items aren't being made and offered replacements that didn't work for us or even total the amount I spent. My son and I found replacement items and they reached back out about sizes and then I have not heard from them since. That was in April and I have emailed them 5 more times since without a response. How is this website even allowed to stay in business when they steal from customers?

I ordered 2 items on November 23rd 2023. I paid $140 and it is now may 21st 2024 and I still have not received my items. I am actually very frustrated and I feel like they stole money from me. It’s a scam. Every time I send an email, they reply back with the same bs telling me they’ll call me within 7 days. I get nothing. 6 months and still waiting. Just wow. Don’t buy from this website.

I order a jumper on the 1 of December 2023 and it hast came I had to pay £30 shipping…. What a let down juice would be disappointed

So frustrated that this 999 Club charges my credit card and then does not process the order. I try to contact them and the “bubble” to chat with somebody does not work. On the email they tell you it will take 7 days for a response. I really think that this company is a scam...no clue when the item will arrive.

Its been 3 months+ and I still did not receive my goods. Its allways the same answer when I mail them. Don't order at 999 club. Its difficult to keep faith in them when they are acting like this.

It’s been 3+ months and still no tracking number or anything. They no longer respond to my emails either. Legal scammers is all they are.

I placed my order on January 16th and still haven't received it. the only response to emails about my order is WAIT. It's been almost 4 months

Placed an order in January 2024 for delivery to the UK - now April and still no sign of the order being shipped. The Customer Service Team are now failing to respond.

I am a huge fan of Juice Wrld and I have been since 2014, I thought id finally get some of his merch as i seen a 5 year anniversary drfl drop that claimed to be limited, Not only was the drop not limited but the entire app is a scam. It has been over 3 and a half weeks, I have not received a single update after spending $100 and the absolutely absurd $15 shipping fee and that is with a " discount ". Some bot texted my number claiming that the orders are pre orders and take longer than usual ( 2 weeks ) it has been far past that and i have not so much have received an email that the clothes have been made. The entire app is the biggest scam capitalising on one of the greatest artist of all time. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The entire app is a SCAM!

I am waiting more then 60 days for this
and they always reply with the same message at their instagram they tell me to send my order number i send it and they keep telling me the same thing without answer also at route they tell me that i havent ordered something with my email it doesn’t make any sense i spend 400 $ on this i just wish this could arrive to me…….

Told me 4-8 weeks for shipping (that’s absolutely INSANE but I was like okay whatever I want the product) 9 weeks comes along and they still haven’t shipped. When they finally got back to me they said that my order would ship soon (it had shipped the day before they responded so they clearly don’t read/look into emails). Impossible to get in touch with. ALSO the product I ordered was a cream/light tan color and the shirt I got was BROWN. I’m pissed off. I spent so much money for a shirt in a color I didn’t even order. I’m scared to see how they handle returns.

Ok so our experience with 999 Club started off rough, I was not familiar with the company, my son is a fan of Juice world, he wanted a hoodie. So for his Birthday we purchased the skull puff paint hoodie on 12/22/2023, 2 weeks before his birthday. The shipping cost was $13.99, the most I have ever paid for shipping on a clothing item, it did not clearly specify a delivery date, but I assumed it would be in 3-5 days since the fee was so much. It was the week of my son’s birthday and we still had no shipping update. I reached out to 999 club, and though their response took longer than I as a concerned consumer would like, especially with the reviews I was reading, but they explained to me that they are a smaller company and items like the one I purchased are made per order, and in the small details they advise that some drops will take 4-8 weeks to ship, ours fell under that. Ok, no worries I understand that. So we waited.. we finally received the merch and let me tell you, it is beyond our expectations!! Quality is amazing!! Absolutely would recommend their products but don’t be in a rush!! Worth the wait though!!

I never got my 3 merchandise items I bought like 2 in a half weeks ago I’m still waiting on it I’m thinking about getting a refund didn’t get any shopping confirmation or anything

The t-shirt is amazing! Great quality. I ordered the package to europe and it came in month. Even tho I thought the t-shirt is gonna be a little bit more oversized I'm still really happy! Definitely buying again!

The quality of the hoodie is amazing and it got delivered internationally in the timeframe they said it will arrive although a bit on the long side Atleast they’re honest. Great products highly recommend for the amazing looks and quality
