Very great service and friendly staff!

I personally like to thanks Ethan at South Melbourne store for his exceptional customer service. I recently brought a BMC bike from the store but the fitting wasn’t quite right, Ethan went the extra mile to get all the right parts that we ask for, nothing is too hard. Highly recommend this place for genuine staff, customer service and good value for money.

I am visiting Melbourne Australia from New York City. I use a wheelchair and unfortunately, the sidewalks aren't that great for wheelchair and castor tires. My large tire was punctured and my small tire twisted between the street and tram track and spinning like a grocery cart. This happened on Flinder Street in the middle of the street. Definitely scary

If you know this feeling of immediate urgency. All the shops were closed so I emailed and waited for shops to be available. 99Bikes was proactive, accurate, and fixed my chair. They know bikes an honestly the best fast and detailed service I received from a bike store. I attend many swapping out tires, finding new parts, etc.

This allows me to have legs and continue my visit.

Alistair and the team are amazing and not just selling bikes but knowledgeable about the details and extremely nice while at it. A bonus is that they have great music taste while you are waiting and that just adds to the ambiance and business itself. Thank you, Alistair.... so very much!
