Most friendly and approachable staff around. They were so nice and my bike was tuned just before it was handed off to me, great experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a new shiny ride.

I got what I came for.
I got what I came for, namely picking up the online and instore purchases. It was a Sunday morning, and the staff were a little disorganised and I largely had to fend for myself without any assistance. I reckon I might have bought more (couple of tyres) had someone had the time to help me.

I ordered and paid for a Co2 bottle,it never arrived. I assume it cannot be posted as it is a dangerous goods, but no contact from 99bikes with an explanation and a refund of the product.

Excellent service and product
I purchased Shimano bike shoes via click and collect. A friendly text was received within an hour to let me know they were ready. At the shop, it was quick to pick them up. No hassles at all
