Care Team is very positive minded and encouraging for me to meet my goals.

This has been my first experience with this type of a weight loss program. I hope they’re better ones out there. 9amhealth does not return messages on the app nor answer questions I have. It’s been a complete waste of and money for me. I’ve followed their instructions and meal plans to the best of my ability and now I weigh as much or more than I did when I started the program, not to mention that I’m on the borderline of becoming diabetic. If there are better options out there, I hope I and whoever is reading this find them.

I find I do better when I have accountability when trying to lose weight. Knowing that I can't just pass off a weigh-in helps to keep me focused.

The information that has been given to make this journey easier and the one on one access to work outs that fits my individual capability. And great recipes ideas to add to my daily lifestyle so I don’t have to play weekly meal prep guessing games. In the beginning I was worried on how this was going to work out but each week it gets better and better.

My primary care provider was managing my glp 1 medication for weight loss and it went smoothly. Now im with 9am health due to insurance requirements and I dont like it at all. I could get a 90 day supply for the same cost of a 30 day supply but they refuse to send a 90 day even when I explained the cost difference. It would save 200 dollars for 3 months if they did it that way. Ive been on the same dose for a while so no need to dose adjust. It is the most inconvenient "supportive" app ever.

Talking to a real person helps and being given encouragement and it makes me feel like i have real support

We have a doctor and an insurance company. These should be enough to take care of us. 9am health is an addition that just makes things more complicated for the patient.

I have had little to no issues. 9am health has been right there by my side every step of the way. I had one week of communication issues, but this was quickly alleviated and I was given a meaningful apology and my issue was resolved immediately. The support and encouragement has been more than I have ever expected.
