Contacted 9 Castles locksmith regarding a faulty front door lock. Colin replied almost instantly and came to my house within 10-15min. He managed to change the lock and also identified that i needed new door handles too, because of this Colin went out of his way to get new door handles and was back within 30mins to complete the job.
