This guy is a complete joker and a time waster. Twice we arranged for him to meet me and I was hanging around no callback no text. Nothing but full of excuses. I'm surprised he makes a living hopefully he will be found out soon enough avoid him.

Avoid like plague, did a botched job, used a substandard part, damaged trims, did not put back parts and screws. Barrel failed after two days and when we called to complain he stopped answering his phone, blocked our numbers after paying him £480. A star is too much!

Just to clarify. An emergency call out was done on a DPD delivery van that was in very poor condition. The cowling was broken, you tried to blame me for this. The whole ignition unit needed changing. The van was stuck in the depot and needed to be moved in an emergency, which it was. You then said the next day the new ignition wasn't working which I found hard to believe. You also didn't mention you were fully refunded.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND LIARS! called a man called CRAIG to get my car opened as i dont have my blade inside my fob and they came and opened the car and cut me a new blade but cut a blade on not an original bmw blade and left. months later i tried the key as my car has sat and the battery went flat and i used the key and it didnt work! asked a mechanic and a locksmith and they said its not even the right cut for the car it was done wrong! called the locksmith and he denied everything and wouldnt even come down to check!!! after speaking to him for awhile he told me get another locksmith to come and get the work done and invoice him so thats what i did as i needed the car opened with a new blade. after sending him the invoice he (craig) and his company started to say we are not paying you back and said we will only refund you for just the blade that they made which was 35 but to open the car it costs 120 plus a new blade is 40! so they are saying they are not paying at all even with all the proof i sent them and have myself. DONT USE THEY USE CHEAP METALS THAT ARE NOT EVEN FOR YOUR ORIGINAL KEY AND DONT EVEN CUT THE BLADES PROPERLY CALL YOURSELF A LOCKSMITHS? RUDE COMPANY DONT EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO SPEAK TO ME BUT JUST BLOCK MY NUMBER SAD COMANY AND THIEFS! NEVER USE!!!

I managed to lock my keys in my car and was locked out my home. Rob was great as soon as I called him he came out and sorted it all out for me with no damage to my car. I cannot recommend him enough
