No customer service, need to return items and return requests are ignored and there is literally no way of contacting them….. company should be shut down the are absolutely awful!!!

Always a great level of service
Always a great level of service from A1Mhydro. Dispatch times are really quick, and they restock the inventory really quick. I no longer shop anywhere else for horticultural supplies as thier prices and service is second to none. I give the 5/5 and always recommend them.

Excellent first experience as my previous supplier failed to provide the missing part, so tried these guys and what a fantastic start.
Order processed within a few hours, was then sent confirmation the next day for a Monday slot which was quicker than expected.
I've now woke up this morning to find it will be delivered today (Sat), gobsmacked.
Thanks dpd.
So now I have the part I so desperately needed quicker than I was told, and only £1.99 delivery.
Couldnt ask for a better service, thank you a1m hydro.

I've now had 2 delivers both of which…
I've now had 2 delivers both of which were missing items and trying to contact them practically impossible, cant log into my account with them as it won't recognize my email address even tho they sent me a delivery email,seems they've blocked me from their recipients emails.They've got 300 quids worth of my goods and I'll be visiting their store soon as seems only way to get my money back face to face like, not allowed to use bad language on here so make your own conclusion XXXX'X go nowhere near this store if you value your time'endless emails with no reply ' and money 'I'm now 300 quid poorer' 5 minus stars from me not plus one
