No customer service, need to return items and return requests are ignored and there is literally no way of contacting them….. company should be shut down the are absolutely awful!!!

Stay away!
Please stay away from A1M hydro. I have bought some stuff that I need to return (as the bulb I’ve ordered was cracked when I have received it) and I can only do it within 14 days. I have been trying to get in touch with them to arrange the return (2/3 emails, hours of call without answer) and still nothing.
I assume they gonna answer after the 14 days (or never). Absolute robbers.
