No customer service, need to return items and return requests are ignored and there is literally no way of contacting them….. company should be shut down the are absolutely awful!!!

Great help and support
After I decided to take the plunge in to hydroponics, these guys have been great to point me in the right direction as to what I need, and the best way to do things. I wasn’t told I needed the most expensive products on the market, and was given a choice of different brands and their pros and cons.

Not too bad, but after letting me know my order was out of stock, but they'll send it as soon as it's in(not a problem)the expected date of arrival remained the same, even though it was a week out of date. Not a big deal, but a bit irritating when I tried to track!
