Lewis Dollin is our point of contact and he has been helpful and has gone above and beyond. We had issues with our internet connection and he offered to upgrade our terminals to ensure it wasn't their machines causing any issues. Any time we run into difficuties, he was there ready to help.

Having had an appalling experience with a firm called inspire payments, I was pleased to see that Dan and the team at A2B Payment solutions went above and beyond to ensure our 5 stores were catered for.

Great customer service from Lewis Dollin made the switch over to A2B payment solutions very easy. Sorted all the paperwork out for me including helping me terminate the contract with my current payment cards provider. Helped me with set up of my new terminal and is always on hand to answer a call instead of having to wait in a call queue for ages like my last card provider. A2B charges were a lot cheaper as well compared to my last card provider .

I was contacted by A2B who said they could switch my card terminal to a new provider to save me money. When they wanted me to sign up, they were very helpful and easy to get hold of - the minute I had a problem it was another story. The terminal I was first sent was faulty, and after numerous calls to tech support I was sent another. This terminal wasn't mobile like I had requested and I was sent a sim card that didn't work. Then test payments wouldn't bank as they were under the threshold, which no one explained. For more than 3 months I emailed and contacted them on numerous occasions to have the problem resolved, which it wasn't. After this time I told them I wanted to cancel as they had not provided me with what I asked for and I would stay with my current card provider. I am now locked into a 3 year deal with the provider of the card machine I signed up for with A2B, which I cannot use, and will cost me £2000. I have emailed countless times and got no reply, whenever I try to phone I can't get through. Shocking customer service and would avoid at all costs. I feel like my business has been scammed

Lewis has been very patient with us, as a small company we had been with our card provider for 10plus years and were very nervous at changing. But Lewis has 'held my hand' and explained every step and even though it took a good few months to finalise the change over it has been seamless. If there has been any issues he has been at the end of the phone or email. Very friendly and personable.
