My experience has been fantastic I can…

My experience has been fantastic I can not fault it at all. Nothing is too much trouble when I call for help. Lewis Dollin is very helpful and has so much patience with me. It has made my life so much easier knowing he is there if I have an issue.

What an easy co to deal with esp Lewis …

What an easy co to deal with esp Lewis after care was great aswell. Got a great deal and Lewis made sure I knew how to work my machine once it arrived. First transaction was exactly the nxt day payout. No more waiting for customers to press keys jobs done. Cheers Lewis

Top notch !!

Always been a little sceptical using companies that we’ve not had a recommendation for, but decided to take a punt on A2B……Absolute result !!!!
Right from the off they were confident that they could beat our existing deal, claiming that they could roughly half our monthly bills !!!
So far so good. Really easy sign up process , card terminal arrived on time and looks pretty good on our counter. They talked us through the whole card terminal set up over the phone. Really simple & took 10 minutes.
We’ve been dealt with by Mackenzie Oneill, who has been super helpful, informative and knowledgeable, this boy really knows his stuff when it comes to card machines !! A credit to the company in my opinion
Early days of course and not yet had our first monthly bill, but upto now absolutely no hesitation in giving a 5 star review !!
Well done A2B !!
…..Oh and another thing, recommend a business that you know and upon them signing up the company will deposit £100 into your account !!!

Fantastic customer service

From start to finish we have had nothing but excellent service, starting with Jamie who set our contract up to Matt who took over as what we required wasn't the easiest of contracts to Stuart Head of Service. We have thrown anything and everything at Stuart in order to get something that works for our business and our requests haven't always been the easiest of requests and I can guarantee we have drove him mad lol, but he has gone up and beyond to get the answers and to get things resolved for us. He is a great asset to A2B. Its not everyday you get fantastic customer service and to get someone who goes that extra mile to please. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you

This company promises you everything…

This company promises you everything and delivers nothing , They lie so that you sign your contract promising like for like at a cheaper rate, but are unable to fulfill there side of the contract. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

Excellent company

Excellent service from Dylan and the team at A2B.

Moved to them 6 months ago and so pleased that we have. They are always available on the phone and just fixed a problem for us in under 10 minutes.

Excellent & efficient service from A2B…

Excellent & efficient service from A2B Payment Solutions when changing over card machines. (We are a pub company) Liam was really knowledgeable when quoting for us and rectified any issues smoothly when it came to our installation. We secured really competitive rates which will save us thousands over the year. Stuart has been really helpful setting up our invoicing & dealing with any accounting issues too ! Highly recommend!

Friendly professional advisors

Friendly professional advisors, explained everything. I was a bit apprehensive about changing my provider as I had been with them for many years, since making the decision to use A2B Payment Solutions I am already saving money. Harry was great replying to my emails and answering all my queries.

Great customer service

This company approached me to compare rates against my existing card payment company. They were very quick with the comparisons and offered me better rates than I was currently getting. Lewis Dollins is always on hand with any queries and gives excellent customer service. The only issue I had was with my current card payment company refusing to let me out of my contract but Lewis came up with a solution to counteract having to stay in it
