Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. Jamie Logan and Harry Feeney have been very helpful, they have took time to talk everything through and have continued to check up and make sure everything is running correctly, great after sales. They offer very competitive rates, I would recommend A2B Payments.

Jamie Cotton helped me save so much…

Jamie Cotton helped me save so much money with my card terminals, always did the best, I have had other people saying they can do it cheaper, when I showed them the rates Jamie had setup, they couldn't beat it, he has helped alot, and always on call and happy to talk any time. Highly recommend Jamie Cotton and the whole A2B Payments Team!

Dylan at A2B Payments approached me and asked me to send our current deal so they could give us their best offer. They managed to undercut our existing company considerably, and ever since we have been very pleased with our decision to change over.

A2B Payments approached me in a friendly manner and simply asked me to send our current deal so they could give us their best offer. They managed to undercut Barclaycard considerably and everything since then has been plain sailing.

I am usually loathed to change…

I am usually loathed to change providers, however, I think for the first time, a company has actually provided a service as good as their sales pitch! A particular shout out and thank you to Liam Harris, who has made the process of changing to A2B seamless and stress free, he continues to offer support which is straight forward, super helpful and always very quick to respond! We also got better rates than with our previous provider.

Thank you again Liam, your professionalism, kindness and support is very appreciated.

A Company who goes the extra mile

Changing suppliers is not something that we consider lightly, however, Jamie made this transition very easy. My first request (of communicating by email as I have limited availability for phone calls) was followed all the way from day one. He then offered us some great savings and in addition to that resolved a problem which we were experiencing from our current supplier which has made life much simpler and easier for me. Jamie was helpful from day one, no pushy sales, a commitment to getting exactly what we needed as a business. He has been available to contact at any time of the day and now everything is installed and working well he is still available. This, in my experience is very rare. Thank you Jamie, I would definitely recommend you and the company that you work for.

Straightforward

I’m Always apprehensive about changing suppliers but Mackenzie explained the process, showed me how much I would save and made the switch simple. New terminal received promptly and help was available throughout if needed! Polite& professional- thanks for a great service 😊

Not a pleasant experience.

An extremely pushy person cold called our business today.
Would not take no for an answer when I tried to explain we are not looking to move our business.
They then became insulting and rude!
I possibly think they require some additional customer contact training.

Quick to resolve problem with machine

Card machine was faulty due to a dodgy battery but the problem was sorted and resolved with a new one which arrived and got set up the next day 👍🏼
