Sizing chart for Rausch and their tee…

Sizing chart for Rausch and their tee is a bit off but they were super friendly and quick to replace this for me. Fit and quality was great and I really like our new national team singlet and I look forward to using it again.

Hi Iris!

Thanks so much for your review and I am sorry for this delay. Checking your order and today is working day 10, but I totally agree this should have been delivered by now. Unfortunately, there have been some small delays with parcels across Europe due to the ongoing storms.

Good news is your parcel updated on Friday, stating it is in the local depot and will be sent to your delivery point in the next few days. We will of course follow up with the courier, and be in touch via email if we are to have any more news.

If you are to experience any further delays like this in the future, I would recommend reaching out to us first to see if we can rectify the issue. We always do all we can to get parcels delivered in a timely manner, but we can not always monitor the tracking of all parcels. However, we can certainly raise any issues escalated to us.

I am confident the parcel will arrive soon, but in the meantime we will keep you in touch with any updates via email :)

Traxking

I feel like the tracking was a bit vague, it also takes a pretty long time shipping from UK to the Netherlands which is understandable but still could improve since it still hasnt arrived

Thanks so much for your review and 100% correct the tracking on our economy service will not update every 24 hours. The parcel was shipped on Monday and the last departed scan was Friday meaning it is on its way to Netherlands.

The next parcels scan will be when it arrives in your local depot in a few days time and this is still on track to be within the estimated delivery time. Of course if the parcel does not reach you in the estimated time (Wednesday 4th) please send us an email and we will be happy to open an investigation for you.

For future orders if you use one of our express services, the tracking will update daily and sometimes hourly, solving the tracking issue in this respect 😊

I will of course keep an eye on your parcel for you and make sure there are no further delays!

Simply love it.

I bought my first A7 shirt at the Worlds in Sweden back in 2019. Since that day, A7 has been my go-to brand. I’ve never been disappointed by a single product—consistent quality and great fir.

I ordered from a7 for the first time…

I ordered from a7 for the first time and chose two women's singlets, one “Rausch” and one “Luno,” and I am very happy with both. Even though they fit differently, they are both great! They are comfortable, flattering, and feel secure, stable, and pleasant to wear. You don't feel like you're being squeezed in anywhere or that they are too stiff. The whole process with a7 was great too. From the quick email communication before ordering to the shipping and how the items were packaged, absolutely top notch! I will definitely remain loyal to this brand.
