I used a&a appliances for about 3 or 4 years and they have been great. Their team is very helpful and reliable. We did have our dryer break once, but they were immediately able to replace it and help us out. Pretty reliable company overall

Great service. Rented a washer and dryer for 4 months. No issues & no extra fees when canceling when I moved away.

I had a positive experience. The online ticket system for reporting failures works fine. I had a couple of problems with the dryer during a 12-month span, and it was easy to open a ticket, technicians would come in a couple of days and fix the problem.

I have only been with this company for two and a half months, the first set of washers and dryers that they brought to my apartment didn't work, the washing machine sounded like it was going to come to the wall and the dryer would not heat. They came and changed them out to the ones that I have now, and now 45 days later the dryer is not heating. I called and spoke to someone this morning they said that the soonest they could get anybody out here would be Wednesday. I was sitting out on my patio having a cup of coffee, and to my surprise one of their trucks pulls up, but not for me, what makes them think that that is okay? What makes anyone think that that is okay? If you knew you had a truck coming to my exact apartment complex this morning why couldn't you just throw me a dryer on there? I don't trust him anymore and as soon as I can get out of this lease I will. I feel taking advantage of for the simple fact that I'm handicapped and that I cannot do much about this because I do not hardly ever leave my apartment. They are horrible. I feel like they just lie all the time.

I had rented from Warehouse appliances in Austin with a brand new washer and dryer it was $45 a month I rented from A&A in Round Rock when I moved here and they're $2 a month and this will be the third set of washer and dryers I need to have delivered because they don't work because they don't take care of them you try to call and the customer service is so rude and so unprofessional they make promises I left phone numbers for them to come out to deliver the new washer and dryer and she talks over you it's the sorriest customer service and business that I've ever rented anything from please make sure you call Warehouse appliances they are the best and for 45 $10 more you can get brand new washer and dryer and they service them and the people who deliver and the customer services 100% outstanding

Ordered a set, canceled the ordered before it was even delivered. Hanging on to $85.00 of my money because I canceled before the set was delivered and did not meet the rental commitment. Pretty much theft. Buyer Beware! Run around central, and will not follow up on callbacks as promised.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with A&A Appliance Leasing Company. After fulfilling the initial 4 to 6-month commitment, I decided to cancel my service but was hit with an $85 cancellation fee because I didn't give a 30-day notice. This fee felt incredibly unfair, especially considering the poor service throughout the lease period.

The terms and conditions were unclear upfront, and I felt blindsided by hidden fees and charges. The entire process was frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. Their customer service is terrible, their appliances are unreliable, and their business practices are shady.

Overall, I would not recommend A&A Appliance Leasing Company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your appliance needs.

I've been trying to speak to someone for 3 weeks about some documentation. No one answers the phone, and no one will text message me back or answer my online inquiry.

While you delivered to my changed address with a short notice and your staff was super helpful with this… the washer and dryer I received was a little banged up and dented from previous renters, and this is what has kept me from giving a 5 star review.

A&A Appliance is a true lifesaver. I live on a 3rd floor apartment and they delivered my washer &dryer. The price is perfect for me as a single mom. They have outstanding customer service!! I never thought I would ever say I love doing laundry. Thank you A&A appliance!

The delivery guy installed a torn dryer duct hose and used an inadequate clamp for the dryer side connection. The hose had fallen off the dryer exhaust which I noticed after my laundry room kept feeling too hot and humid. Luckily the tears were close to the end of the hose so I cut 3 inches off and installed a proper dryer hose clamp. Also, it was raining all day and the guy didn't have foot covers for walking through carpet. I asked about it and he was not concerned. Everything works now just a questionable start.
