We used Aardvark Travel for our trip to Stansted and back at the beginning of June. We didn't land until the early hours of the morning on our return home, but the driver was still waiting for us despite our flight being delayed due to headwinds. I would highly recommend Richard and his team for airport runs. It takes the stress out of it all, and they are reasonably priced.

We recently used Aardvark for both journeys from home to Stansted and their service was excellent. Reg and John the Drivers could not have done enough for us and took all the angst out of any possible difficulties. The timings, vehicles and overall customer service was first class.

We’ve used Aardvark Travel for all our airport transfers since 2022 and I would highly recommend.
Richard and his team are always so friendly, helpful and reliable and their communication is great.

We have used Aardvark Travel for airport travel on several occasions. They provide an excellent prompt service, keeping the customer informed and the price is very resonable.

Richard and the Aardvark team are excellent. We booked them for a return journey from Colchester to Gatwick. Both drivers Gary and Andy were on time and informative regarding pick up times. It took the stress out of a long haul overnight flight knowing Andy was waiting for us. I would definitely recommend their service.

Good communication. Reliable

My friends and I have used Aardvark Travel several times now for trips to Gatwick and Stansted airports. They always arrive on time and no issues at all. We already have them booked again for later in the year, and have recommended them to other people.

Airport transfers provided on 18/12/25 (outgoing) and 10/01/26 (return).
Discussed requirements and confirmed booking with Richard whilst he was abroad on holiday.
Exact pickup location confirmed with Richard and supplied to driver prior to travel dates.
Driver(Andy) was punctual, polite and friendly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, suitable for the length of journey.
The quality of driving made both transfers stress free, even with bad weather (heavy rain on outgoing) and unexpected diversions due to traffic problems on both transfers.
Even though we were 3 hours late on our return flight, due to a plane fault immediately prior to take off, Andy was waiting, easy to contact and collected us promptly.
Will definitely use the Aardvark service again and recommend to anyone.

We used Aardvark Travel for the second time on 6 November, and once again the service was absolutely excellent. Richard collected us for the outward journey to Gatwick and he was on time, friendly and easy to talk to, which made the early-morning drive much more pleasant. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and communication from the company was clear and reassuring throughout.

On our return, Andy picked us up from the airport and the experience was just as smooth. His communication was clear from the moment we landed, and it was a great joy to be collected promptly after a long flight. The whole process was stress-free and very well organised.
