Aardvark Travel are professional & friendly. They have provided us with multiple transfers & were so flexible & helpful when we had a delay on our return!! I would highly recommend Aardvark Travel especially for family holidays. Great service everytime.

Andy took us to Brighton for a little break and picked us up again a few days later. It was such a stress free journey. I got texts the day before to name the driver and state the time. It took all the stress out of the journey and made the holiday amazing. We will be using Aardvark again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Booked taxi from Stansted. Driver wasn’t there when we came through so called and he drove in 5 mins later. He was surprised we had 3 hold pieces of luggage even though I had specified this when booking. We therefore had to put one case in the back between us. He was a chatty/friendly driver and we all got home safely.

This was the second time I have used this service. I had an early flight from Heathrow and taxi booked at 4.45am. At 4.50am no sign of taxi I called Richard. He answered promptly but didn’t know where my driver was. He called back to say he had found a replacement driver but he could not get to me for at least 30 minutes. The replacement driver Sergio did a magnificent job of trying to work his way as quickly as possible through the traffic on the M25 and I arrived at the terminal 45 minutes before my internal flight to Scotland and made it through security with a minute to spare. I later found my original driver Greg had overslept. Overall a very stressful start to the trip however in fairness Richard did his best to rectify an unfortunate situation.

Seamless service from booking through to pick up from stansted. Helpful and friendly even though it was early hours of the morning and plane was 45 minutes late arriving. Thank you Richard and driver, john. Have already booked for my next trip.

Richard arrived on time and offered a great service, helping my aged parents in and out of the vehicle, a nice touch. Recommended!

Richard took us to Heathrow back in April and everything was seamless. He honestly made the start to our 14hr journey comfortable and stress free. I couldn’t recommend him enough, his service is 10/10. From our initial point of contact Richard was very helpful and organised to a T. He also kept in contact prior to us flying confirming our flight and taxi details, incase there were any changes. The same applied a day before our return flight and the pickup was brilliant. Will definitely be using Aardvark Travel again!!

Went to Heathrow last month, Richard was great and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

Richard was great turned up exactly on time to pick us up from our home to airport and took the quickest route , also fantastic on way back as we was having trouble with suitcases taking ages !! But not a problem at all ! We was given bottles of water for journey also I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again !!

We have used this company a few times and highly recommend them. Communication is excellent. More recently our flight was cancelled from Iceland because of the fire at Heathrow and so was re scheduled for the next day without much notice
Aardvark travel was, at short notice able to provide another driver to collect us at the new day/time at very short notice
Drivers are always on time and courteous

Have used them for several airport journeys and find them competitive, friendly and helpful. During 5e event Heathrow failure at short notice they diverted a driver from a Gatwick run to pick us up. Would throughly recommend them.

Aardvark Travel are our automatic go to for our travel to and from UK airports when we go abroad on holiday. They are easy to book, are great value for money and the drivers are always on time and are very helpful and friendly too.

Cannot praise the team enough. Prompt and professional service you can guarantee on. Kept communication right up to the day of pickup and on the return. Both drivers were professional and polite. Even on the late pickup driver supplied a both of water and even offered to stop so I could grab a bite if needed. Have used the team number of times and would still be first choice for any trip.

Have used Aardvark several times for transfers from Colchester to/from Stansted and Gatwick. Drivers have always been reliable, punctual and friendly. On a previous occasion traffic was horrendous due to the A12 being closed by a protester on a bridge shortly before we were due to be picked up. Richard went above and beyond by arranging for another driver to pick us up after a drop-off and get us home by an alternative route. Highly recommended and we will certainly use them again.
