Sent wrong sofa had to wait about 10day for them to replace it with the correct 1 the delivery driver is on hes own and asks for help very poor service

Didn’t really hear much from them after…

Didn’t really hear much from them after placing the order which was slightly concerning. Had to contact them a couple of times as had no idea when delivery was going to be. Delivery was arranged with a courier who got in contact and was very informative once they had the product. Overall took 3 and a bit weeks from order date to delivery date.

Excellent service and delivery of goods

The service was very quick and efficient. Ordered sofa on Sunday, received email on Monday with a delivery date for Wednesday! Very friendly delivery driver who rang and kept me updated with the estimated delivery time! Sofa was delivered and is very good quality and value for money. Definitely recommend! And would use this company again!

The service was quick and efficient

The service was quick and efficient. I placed order expecting the delivery to be approx 10 day after. Received email 3 days late offering a deliver within 2 day and was given a time slot of 2 hours. On day of delivery I could track order to estimated delivery time. Was called 30 mins before they arrived to confirm delivery time. They turned up as advised and delivery person very nice and friendly
