This was my second time using Abbey Windows - with the same installer, Rob, both times, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Rob is amazing - works so hard and really knows his stuff, as well as being a lovely guy. Clean and tidy too - what more could anyone ask?! Thanks so much! 🙂

We bought a patio door from Abbey Windows and overall a very positive experience. Pros: the sales teams are always very helpful. The install teams were fab too. The door was installed well and the end result is as we had hoped, no regrets. Cons: getting responses to questions we had regarding the spec of the door was difficult, and added months of delays on. They also only sent one person to install these incredibly heavy doors, so what was a 4-hour appointment, turned into a 8.5-hour appointment, but he did such a grand job!
We have used Abbey Windows many times before and would consider using again.

The process from initial enquiry through to installation was very efficient . High quality product with guarantee and competitive price. Customer service excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service
From the installers introducing themselves they explained what they were going to do and just got on with it.
They were neat and tidy quick and efficient.
Afterwards there was no mess anywhere in the house or outside I have to say I would recommend Abbey to anyone.

Dave was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He kept the work area very clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone 100%

Rob is a very friendly installer who made the whole experience easy and extremely swift! Given that he was expecting to work with a colleague, there was no delay in the work and the quality and service has been excellent.

Quality of products. Very professional fitters who removed every scap of rubbish.

Even for a small order of one window, I was treated like I was ordering 10, personal service, consistent care and constant contact from the team was just a few of the great parts of the service.

The team even let me come into the store directly in order to chat, pay and look at products.

Everyone from the management team, to the sales arm, to the accounts department and even the fitter were top tier, good people and good turnaround.

Great experience with Abbey Windows from start to finish. Kevin in sales was an absolute pleasure and helped us throughout the process. I would like to praise the installation staff named Rob, he is really helpful and sensible for me and my family of the usage to the main door. He will also consider which is the best way for my mum who is an elderly. He is really awesome, I will definitely recommend him to the others.

Abbey Windows replaced 2 windows on the top floor. We are very happy with them, Scott fitted the
windows to a very high standard, working cleanly and thoughtfully at all times. They covered the furniture to avoid dust and that's a plus for me. Last year Abbey Windows fitted a bay window, which again excellent work, I just forgot to give a review on that occasion. Well done, I'll be back for more works.

From start to finish the staff have been courteous, understanding and professional. The fitters worked with great skill, excellence and were extremely friendly and helpful - going above and beyond, especially when our old windows proved a challenge to remove. They were a delight to have around. We shall definitely be using Abbey Windows again.

My whole experience with Abbey Windows has been first rate. Chris in sales cam to see me was a true professional giving excellent advice. Louise and Graham in the installations department managed my expectations on delivery and installation with absolute clarity and due care and attention. My lovely new door was installed by Rob, who completed the work to a superb standard with a very friendly manner, with due care and attention. I will not hesitate to use Abbey Windows in the future for my Double Glazing and door needs.

Good luck with this company. Asked for a quote four weeks ago and although someone visited only paid a cursory glance at the window with not so much as a tape measure in hand . Clearly had no intention of doing the job and as such wasted my time .
