I left a review below and you replied saying I hadn’t contacted you. I can’t seem to find the reply button. Just want to clarify that I did reply and contacted you on the 15th April and Gail Dowey replied. I sent her information and I was told it was being investigated.

I contacted AB and C insurance for a new business quote for home insurance. Everything was fine until I was pressed to declare how much my existing insurer charged me last year. When I didn't know exactly and questioned why that was even relevant, the woman's tone changed immediately. She quoted over £1000 for home insurance. When I stated that I paid about £500 last year, she rudely told me they couldn't compete and quickly terminated the call.
