Their customer service is amazing. We ordered a ring it was delivered and owing to an error on our part was one size too small.
No issues at all returned ring in original packaging no queries just happy to resolve our issue and supply a ‘new’ ring at a slightly larger size.
Kept informed throughout the process with clear and prompt emails

Fantastic customer service. I lost a small diamond out of my Abelini wedding ring and sent it in. Really prompt communication from the team over email on what to expect for the process, and when they received my ring they diagnosed the issue within hours and sent me an email with information on next steps. Really appreciated that they covered it under warranty even though it looked like the setting had been bent likely due to catching on clothing, so wouldn’t necessarily have been eligible (I now know to get my settings checked yearly!). Cannot recommend this company enough, got my ring back - looks like they buffed it for me too - like new!
