Issue finally resolved
I was advised by email that the large rug I had paid for on 10th April was out of stock and that it would be 4 weeks until it would be back in stock. This was acceptable. When the date of May 16th as advised came and went I attempted to contact customer services with a number of emails and phonecalls. The phone number diverted to a mobile voicemail and nobody is returning my messages. I have paid nearly £200 and I have no way of getting any support. Very disappointed, it is now the end of May. I would like to leave a positive review for my product but until someone contacts me to advise where my rug is, I can't. Order #1412. Following my 1* review I was contacted and advised of the reason for the delay to my order. In anticipation of receiving the item in good condition in a week or so, I have amended my review.

Great service. I rang the company to ask about delivery prior to ordering as I needed to be sure the item would arrive. They checked and rang back to confirm it would be. It did arrive on time and the gentleman also phoned to check it had which was attentive.
