Bad Service

Hi.
My order number is 4732
I placed my order on the 17/01/2025 and have still not received it. Tried numerous times to get in touch with you but receive the same auto email back. This is absolutely disgraceful. We would like a full refund immediately. Please get in touch with my refund made so I don’t have to take this further. I am NOT happy with this website. Looks fancy but outcome is rubbish.

Ordered two hanging bedside lights

Ordered two hanging bedside lights, one of which is the wrong attachment and doesn’t fit the glass light so is of no use. Promised repeatedly a replacement would be sent or the matter would be looked into to then never receive another response. Asked for this to be raised as it has been going on for months and similar to other reviews an email is sent to say the status will be reviewed and then radio silence. Requested for this to be raised to a manager and weeks later STILL waiting for someone to come back to me. If you’re not going to send the correct fitting just say so instead of claiming it is being sorted. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Not received order, no updates.

Ordered a ceiling fan Feb 1st with an estimated delivery time of 14-21 days. No update since. Have now emailed twice and received a generic email both times stating they would check the status of order asap. However, I am yet to receive any useful update!

Advise to AVOID this company!!

I ordered 8 outdoor light fittings back…

I ordered 8 outdoor light fittings back in November 2024 which cost over £2000.00 3 of the fittings have already failed trying to get a replacement and it's ridiculous I'm still waiting. I cant wait any longer I feel like I'm not getting anywhere with them so I'm going to contact my credit card company to get this resolved!

What a scam

What a scam! My light arrived faulty and they are refusing to give me a refund or replacement. I wanted to send them back so they can inspect it and they are not replying to my emails. Really bad customer service!

Never going to get a refund

Awful company. Ordered a mirror and a tap for £700 in Dec '24. The mirror arrived smashed to smithereens and the tap was not suitable. Sent both items back weeks ago but still no refund. Now need to try and get my money back via the credit card company. Avoid at all costs!!!

SCAM. Please avoid Abode Jungle.

Same experience as the most recent reviewers in 2025. This is a SCAM company: please don't given them your money, you will lose it!

I ordered several wall lights from them in January '25 for $1100. Big mistake. They gave me tracking numbers that showed the parcels never left China. Then they ghosted me.

Their online chat doesn't work. They have no phone number.

They will occasional send you an email with some vague BS response that makes no sense: see what they've written below to people whose money they've stolen. They will not refund your money.

Not based in the UK, that's a smoke screen. very likely China. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reported them to the UK cybercrime initiative nonetheless.

Since Abode Jungle obviously read this: stop stealing from people and try doing an honest day's work instead

This company is deeply suspicious

This company is deeply suspicious. We ordered two wall mounted lights with pull switches. We received two identical lights except they didn't have switches and we cannot use these. We complained and they said return the lights (at our expense) and they will issue a refund. They offered to send a return label but this never happened. They will not respond to emails and the chat doesn't work. The items concerned are available elsewhere on the net for a third of the price. The company does not exist on companies house, however another company called Jungle Abode did until it folded last year. I imagine it is the same team as the reviews are exactly the same. AVOID

After this review the company contacted me, they again asked me to return the item, without return label. They have not refunded my money. This is how they carry on. They rely on you getting tired of asking. I am now going to report them to trading standards.

Furthermore, all the good reviews of this company are obviously false.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!
I ordered 12 lights, 4 were faulty. Originally they replied to my email and said they would arrange to send out replacements. This never happened. This was over 6 months ago. I have tried to message them again on multiple occasions and they completely ignore all emails! The lights took months to arrive in the first place and were obviously shipped straight from China.

Not received the light, will not refund until I return the light that I haven’t received
Extremely poor communication, sent me a fake tracking number
Complete fraud company , should be stopped trading in U.K. , avoid this fraud company at any cost

Maybe I should have contacted you through Trustpilot as you seem to have responded.
When still not received with your company saying that the item had been posted, I asked for proof of postage, courier name and tracking number. The number that you sent had no relevance as you failed to provide the couriers name or date posted.
Your correspondence has been abysmal, no refund as you stated that I would have to return the item at my cost to obtain the refund. As you hadn’t sent my order, I was never getting a refund.
The reviews on your site are hand picked to only show the positive ones. I found it strange that I left a negative review and oddly it didn’t appear along with many others I suspect.
We are now nearly 3 months post order and still no delivery or refund and you expect me to believe that you are a legitimate company. Your Trustpilot reviews speak for themselves

Do not buy from this company!

The lights came in after 48 days and they're cheap Chinese crap that looks horrible.
Don't be fooled by the nice website and fancy presentation.
The product was advertised wooden lamp and it has a cheap wooden imitation tape on a cheap lamp sold for £150.

As you can see they reply after 3 months and they don't issue refunds so get in touch with the banks! The more customers are doing that the more they realise this company is a scam!

This place is terrible—honestly

This place is terrible—honestly, it feels like a scam. I purchased two lights, and both arrived with the fronts missing. I contacted them via email and Instagram, and while I got a response on Instagram asking for photos (which I promptly sent), I haven’t heard back since. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've dealt with plenty of vendors during our large renovation, including Soho Lighting and Corston, and never experienced anything like this. Abode Jungle may seem affordable, but it's truly a waste of money.

Avoid this Company

Kitchen tap I bought broke in half within 3 months of using it! Sent photos and emails to ask for a refund/replacement etc. But no joy as their policy is a 14 day returns policy, no warranty at all on the tap. Which was never disclosed by the merchant. Avoid this company as they are vague with responses in emails and take days to respond. To this date I’ve still not had a refund for the broken tap and I’ve had to buy a new one and then pay a plumber to take the broken one out and fit the new one. So I'm out of pocket of over £115 for the broken tap plus a new one and a plumbers fee!!

Not recommend at all. Ordered placed on the 13th of October, one item received, another one no update, today is 8th of December. Contacted the seller, no response. Open card dispute with the bank. Never again. Stay far away.
