Placed an order it had taken longer than expected for delivery. Do not answer emails or take several days to answer them. No updates on delivery status received. I sent item back (even though I had attempted to cancel it)
More or less has to beg for my refund. I had to send photo of proof of return. even though someone had signed for it once my return was received by them. Not a positive experience.

Absolute SCAM the 5star reviews are not real.
We ordered a fan, never received the item... First told it was dispatched, still no fan, then told it was sent back to the Warehouse. When asked what was happening they Offered to resend or a refund, asked for a refund and still waiting.
There address is in Dorset when we looked it up it doesn't exist.
If you read all the 1 star they are very similar stating they never received items and no refunds.

Seriously suspect the 5* reviews are fake based on my experience so far. Item, which was 'in stock, ready to dispatch' was not sent. Chased. Then told it was on way so asked for tracking number which should have been provided if dispatched. Chased again. Then told had it had been 'returned' for some reason. All a lie as their own system said it was still
'awaiting fulfillment' during that time! Asked for a refund & now the 'company' aren't responding to my emails & no sign of any refund.

SCAM
Spent over £1100 on pendant lights. Not received them and they say they have been dispatched on the tracking. Order was placed 2nd October. No reply’s to emails: Facebook and instagram looks like comments deleted and comments turned off. All good reviews must be fake.

Awful, received faulty lights. They said they were sending replacement and never did.

Received incorrect order after about 6 weeks of waiting for delivery. Now can’t get anywhere with customer service email to return them. Scammers. Opening a case with the bank. The good reviews are fake!! Check the fb page too.

Terrible customer service. No contact number. Email address on their website doesn’t work. Live chat doesn’t work either. No sign of my order - outdoor light. Will have to claim on credit card as I don’t think this company actually exists.

The new tap I got for my kitchen is sleek and works perfectly. Very happy with the quality.

We ordered 2 pendant lights in June and abode jungle failed to deliver 4 months later. Communication was very poor, and no attempt made to fill the order or provide a refund. We had to go through our bank (charge back) to reclaim our money, which we could only do because it was for over £100. A complete scam, I do not believe the bot generated 5 star reviews. Do not use.

The ceiling fan is high-quality and easy to install. It really cools down the room efficiently.
