NEVER shop in AboutYou LATVIA!!!
Made purchase on 1st of July in AboutYou.lv while I was on vacation there. After 3 weeks I understood that I will not get anything and I wrote many emails that all need to be cancelled because I'm not interested anymore and I'm going away from Latvia! Had basic response that I need to wait a bit more because they have a lot of orders. 3WEEKS! I WAITED 3WEEKS AND NOTHING in 21st century!!!
I said that I'm not able to take package out even if it will be sent out someday and I want to get my money back! No response on that! I asked again to give a phone number so I can talk on the phone about this problem- again no response! TODAY IS 21ST OF AUGUST, ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND NO PACKAGE!!!
I already forgot that I have ordered something but aboutyou reminded themselves by sending me questionare of how good was shopping in their shop. Like seriously - WHAT?! I checked in their webpage and it is stated that I have got my package but I called and asked if it is true to postal service and they said that they JUST GOT NOTIFICATION on 11th of July about package but have not received any package!
ABOUTYOU I HOPE TO GET NOTIFICATION SOON FROM and my money back! It was more that 200€!
