Useless Customer Service

Everything is cool- easy to order, many payment options, relatively fast delivery, easy returns. Until the moment you need a help from a customer service. In my case useless communication in two weeks and still no solution, no information. I have not received money for return and Customer Service cannot provide any proof of payment. Customer Service claims its repaid, but oh no- can't tell me when and do not have information to which account either. We were waiting for a response from Accountancy, but instead today I was asked again to send them my bank account statement.

Nice shopping experience

Experience was great. Delivery was fast. I was really satisfied. Unfortunately, the running shoes size was too big for me. Return also was easy. I got refund really fast. Overall, very nice shopping experience.

Great shop! All clothes fit great and their return policy looks good, even though I have not tried it yet. Shipping took 3 business days, very quick!
