if the owner increases the weekly rate after booking and paying - and wants you to pay more, this is not really a good experience.

I tried to rent a place. Their system gave an error after entering credit card information. I didn't receive any confirmation email or any other type of information indicating I have actually made the reservation. The dates were not available for that property anymore so rented another place. Later I found out, the agency who is renting the first place charge me anyway. Contacted the client service multiple times and told there's nothing they can do. Still trying to resolve the situation with the agency.

No problems with this booking. Quick and easy.

Some of your customers have to submit their reservation document to the French consulate in their home countries to get a visa. But the document you provide doesn't contain names of all persons who will stay in the apartment that is hired. This creates a problem. You should improve the software.

It's a lovely little apartment with views over the port of Arcachon, decorated with taste, perfectly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Ideal for a couple or a family with one or two children, as the living room has a sofa bed. It's set in a quiet area of Arcachon with restaurants and convenience stores just around the corner. And the town centre is easily accessible on foot along the beach boardwalk - a lovely stroll. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Arcachon.

Getting into your website to verify my reservation and my deposit is a nightmare! I could not access the insurance info and maybe ur site is out of order..My husband tried with his email..same problem. I need to see that the deposit has been paid as I did not get a receipt.

Pas tres normal que 100% de la location soient debites des la reservation.

Nous avons réservé un gîte via Abritel.fr. La réservation a été confirmée et le dépôt (élevé) a été réservé immédiatement et un avis concernant le reste de l'argent de mon compte de carte de crédit a été défini. Un jour plus tard, j’ai reçu le message que la réservation avait été annulée en raison d’un cas de surréservation. L'avis a également été annulé, mais la caution de plus de 300 € est toujours manquante après plus d'une semaine. Je suis très déçu du service !!!

We’ve booked a Gites via Abritel.fr. The reservation has been confirmed and the (high) deposit has been booked immediately and an avis for the rest of the money from my credit card account has been set. One day later I’ve got the message, that the reservation has been cancelled due to an overbooking case. The avis has been cancelled as well, but the deposit of over 300€ is still missing after more than a week. I’m very disappointed from the service!!!
